Completely remodeled ground floor condominium. New carpet, paint, flooring, counters, and linens. Very Clean!! New furniture and furnishings.
Large living room with gas fireplace is light with switch, large flat screen TV and separate dining room, large enclosed porch that views the ski slopes in the distance.
Master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, and private whirlpool. Second bedroom has one full and one twin bed. Sleeps 7 comfortably. More electronics include new stereo, CD/DVD, cable TV, and WI-FI. Convenient Nobs Nub and weekend shuttle to slopes. One outside Parking space and a one car garage. Community pools, Jacuzzi, and newly remodeled workout room with new equipment. Located between Michigan's best skiing at Nubs and Boyne Highlands. Located in Building 12

Fantastic condo, comfy, well appointed!

We stayed for a ski weekend at our favorite hill! The condo offered everything we needed and was very clean. Any issue was respknded to very qui kly!

Perfect proximity to Nubs and Highlands

Clean, roomy, big open kitchen with lots of space, great location for skiing. We would come back.

Great ski vacation!

We had a wonderful trip! We had 3 adults and 4 kids. The two littles fit on an air mattress (that we purposely brought) in the master so they were not in the main living space. All accommodations were wonderful except the air circulation from the heating unit which is the reason for 4/5 stars. We learned to keep the bedroom doors and bathroom doors open so the main vent didn’t vacuum air from the open flute in the fireplace. Sleeping in the living room was chilly because of this draft and the windows but it was sub zero windchill outside.

2nd stay. Great codo

Beautiful decor and cozy setting in woods. Close to town of harbor springs. The fall leaves were. Comfortable beds. Much organization. Coffee pot broke was our only disappointment.

Nice and Spacious

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We condo was clean and nicely decorated and we had plenty of room of to spread out. My girls were skiing during the day and enjoyed the big tub at night to warm up and sooth their muscles. The pools at Trout Creek are always a hit with my family--I love that they have an indoor option and a outdoor heated option. The host was very accommodating in allowing a late check out when my husband had some last minute conference calls he had to attend on the day of check out.

Nice complex close to slopes

Nice complex close to the ski slopes. The condo was bigger than I was expecting. Very nice place to stay and close to everything we wanted. Well furnish and full kitchen with everything we needed. Thank you.

Great unit and location for skiing!

Cozy unit with great layout. Liked the 3 season enclosure even though it was too cold to utilize. Can’t ask for a better location for proximity to Nub’s of Highlands!! Beds were very comfy and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommended!!

Another Nice Holiday Trip

We had another great stay up north. The location of the condo is perfect and so convenient to Nubs and Boyne. Even in the rainy weather, this condo was a great home base and the kids had plenty to do between the basketball courts and the pool. Thanks so much!

Quiet & Comfortable!

We had a great stay, peaceful location and great access to Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Lots of room to roam, great primary suite and easy parking out front. Unit was very clean and ready to go, thanks again!

Lovely condo

We have stayed at Trout Creek many times and this was our second time in this condo. It is spacious, and has everything you could possibly need. The view of the woods is so beautiful and peaceful. It is decorated nicely and is very comfortable. I would happily stay here again!

This is the second time up here this year and fourth time overall staying here. Love this condo. Always super clean. Minutes from anywhere. Great location. Kathy was awesome in getting us a couple extra days here. Can’t say enough good things.

Family friendly

We rented unit 84 in Trout Creek for two weeks. The location is great! Just a few miles to Harbor Springs and Petoskey, which are adorable towns. The unit was very clean with plenty of towels, sheets, and blankets, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. We really loved the glass and screened in porch in the evening. Trout Creek is an older condo community but still very nice. Across the street are three beautiful golf courses, The Highlands, which we played and we had fun using the condo pickleball courts, too. The property manager, Kathy, was so helpful with the couple of hiccups we had at the beginning of our stay, which were not her fault! She did everything and more to make our stay wonderful, which is what you want when you rent a place.

Girls trip!

Very nice home. Comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bath towels and washcloths. Master bedroom window was missing shade. Notified owner. Replaced two days later. Old tvs with dvd players. Non-working fireplace. Ice maker puts out a lot of ice. Older appliances. Overall, comfortable, but could use some updates.

Beautiful wooded location, conveniently located close the Great Lakes and to downhill and X-country skiing, golf, biking and a central point to visit Harbor Springs, Petoskey, and Mackinaw Island.
This Association offers many amenities, in door and out door swimming pools, tennis courts, large soccer fields, attached to the North Country Trail as well as great hiking and snowmobile trails. It is a great place for families and for family reunions. many indoor amenities for rainy days such as phoos ball, ping pong plus indoor swimming and jacuzzi. Of course, fishing in the stocked trout ponds. Our extensive bike trail system is just down the road
