This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has room for everyone. The Master bedroom offers a king bed with en-suite bath and jetted tub. Sliding doors off the Master allow easy, private access, to the balcony where you can sip your morning coffee and start your day with a fabulous view.

Both guest bedrooms have 2 twin beds. One bedroom has direct access to the hallway bath. The other guest room does share the same hall bathroom with convenient tub/shower combo and hair dryer supplied by the owner. Total of 4 twin beds. Plenty of room for the kids. Your reservation at this property includes all bed and bath linens, with beds freshly made upon arrival with a starter kit of paper products and hotel-size soaps, along with your departure cleaning.

Horrible, poorly maintained and DIRTY. Disappointing.

The vacation rental was very dirty absolutely not ready for rental, it was not as described. My family didn’t feel safe staying here with the door opening by itself and balcony doors not being able to lock. We asked for a reimbursement, and the manager not respond to my email for 10 days. There were dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinet, the dish drainer is rusty, the coffee maker is rusty, the tea kettle was unusable, the refrigerator is ready to be replaced, it was freezing everything on the top shelf, missing bottom bar of refrigerator door, the middle shelf in the refrigerator was broken, and both of the shelves on the bottom of the fridge cracked. Carpets were not vacuumed and were full of crumbs when we arrived. Worn out and dirty chairs. Little table in the living room by the couch has a lot of crumbs between the wood and glass. Wicker bedside tables are full of dust. Balcony door lock broken, balcony rug is dirty and burned by cigarettes. Two small bedrooms had a lot of spiderwebs and dust behind the blinds. Every closet had some cleaning supply giving us no room to utilize the closets. Etc, etc. Rules saying that if the AC freezes we will be charged for the repair, if we leave trash behind we would have to pay $200 penalty. Absolutely ready to be remodeled and cleaned!!! A vacation should be relaxing and enjoyable, but our vacation was stressful and full of fright. Never will I rent from you again, nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

545 Seamark-Dirty and broken

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was not as described. I even told the person I got the keys from my frustration: dirty carpet, fridge shelves broken, washer and dryer inadequate and DONT put a towel on the balcony because I got charged 150. I called for a partial refund and was “promised” a call back...nope. Disappointing.

Property was okay, Company was poor

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I don't know that I would stay again. The property was nice, except for other renters who chose to smoke pot when it was noted it was not allowed. It came through the vents in the unit and we smelled it on the patio as well as inside our unit. The unit we stayed in needs to be updated- there were issues with the counters having been water logged (they were peeling up off the wood), and the stove had some heating issues. The worst part was property management. I dropped a key underneath a carseat and had to mail it back via UPS. I did that and as of over a week later have not received my $300 deposit back. I've emailed the property twice with no response as well, but they did receive the key.

great place

This was a great place to stay. You can see and hear the ocean from your balcony. You feel safe. There is a gas station and Mexican restaurant around the corner. Short walk to beach. Would stay here again.

Family vacation was great

Great Location and Lots of Space!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for a little oasis close to the beach this is the spot. Not only was the condo great the building surrounding made you feel as if you were in a little secluded resort. Great job to the landscapers and residents who take care of the beautiful flowers and areas surrounding the pool and hot tub. The view from our condo was great and we spent many evenings enjoying the large porch. We had plenty of room for our family and with the short walk to the beach made getting everyone and everything there easily.

Second time around!

Our group of 8 stayed at Sea Mark Towers #505 for our second consecutive summer vacation. The general cleanliness of the condo was good. We love the quietness, view of the ocean from the balcony, close proximity to the beach, and shopping. The management company immediately addressed minor repairs and facilitated our late check-in and early departure.

Came to the property and walked in to find not what it looks like on line. You rent a condo with all amenities and the kitchen pots and pans to cook food looks like something from a goodwill. Go to the pool there is roaches everywhere, fine roaches in our bathroom. Management calls me to tell me I’m leaving garbage outside my door and it’s not allowed. Never did I leave it . I place it outside the door so when we leave I take it with me and they are worried about getting bugs, you already have them. Security at the building I understand but it’s a bit much , my husband and I are in hot tub and we can’t hear each other due to the jets. Get out go to the elevator and he wants to say someone called on us for a altercation between him and I. Never will I rent from uou again, nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

My bad experience at sea mark 505

Sea mark 505 was definitely not what I expected for my anticipated vacation! Beds were not comfortable. Tv didn’t work. The remote controls were put together with bandaids and tape. Took 3 days to finally get a new box so we could watch tv. The place wasn’t cleaned well. There was a baby bottle, a water bottle and a pair of shorts under the master bed. There was a flip flop in the food pantry. There was sand in the living room. The vacuum cleaner was nasty and full of junk where it had not been cleaned. There was a vape charger in the outlet in the middle bedroom. The ceiling in the hall bathroom is cracked and the tub squeaks for a scary experience while in shower. Everything needs updating in the unit. I plan to write a formal complaint. Check in was not a good experience as we were told over and over about a fee for this a fee for that and no grace on any issue, The front door only Locke from the outside making it too easy for children to open it and their bedroom is right beside the door. We propped a chair to be make it safer. There should be a slide lock or something where children can’t reach it. the living room only has a sofa and no other seating where your family can sit and enjoy a movie together, This kitchen chairs aren’t very comfy either! The one good aspect of this condo is the balcony and the location convenient to the beach. Some of the residents were rude to us. I took pictures of All these complaints! We had to call maintenance several times about the AC & the TV. There was no welcome basket with a few basic supplies to get us started for our week.

Great location, not so much for the unit

We loved the location of the place, as well as the size. However, the cleanliness and check in/ check out was a little inconvenient. You would need to pick up the key and the folder with rules elsewhere, the same thing is for the check out. The pool was closed, even though hotels all around had it open. We actually were expecting for it to be open, as it was noted on the site. Windows in small bedrooms did not have any drapes, so the light from the outside was shining through the window all night. I think it has a lot of potential, but I am not sure if we would come back there.

Good stay

This property was located close to all! Beach was in walking distance (about 4-5 min). The pool was very nice and we all did have a great time. The room was very nice. We did have an issue with the dish washer not working but they did come and bring in a brand new one.

Enjoyed this place

I was expecting more bugs being close to marsh but was amazed that I was not eaten alive. Any issues maintenance came and fixed promptly. Quiet neighborhood and family enjoyed pool and hot tub and walk to beach was a block and a half. Everyone was nice and friendly.
