Affordable efficiency in Clearwater Beach

Small, clean unit in unassuming, unpretentious multi-unit resort. Close to beach and restaurants. No frills, staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great beach access

The room was small, a/c was not the right size for the room but a fan was provided which helped quite a lot. Older resort, but the location was fantastic! a block from the beach, so many great restaurants close by. The check-in staff was amazing and fast.

Relaxing place

We enjoyed our stay here. It felt very comfortable and not a stuffy place. It's a nice place to stay with kids that want to use the pool. I liked being able to step out the door and see & smell the ocean. You can also overlook the pool. The location is great too. Walking distance from everything you need.
