Fantastic place!!!!! Great location. Great price. The only thing that could improve is the check in instructions. They say go to the concierge but one does not exist. Host helped us with that promptly.

Thank you for staying at Schantzis on the Gulf 201 and for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and value. I apologize for the confusion with the check-in instructions — there is no concierge onsite — and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll update the instructions so future guests have clear directions. Glad the host was able to assist promptly. Thank you again for choosing our property, and we hope to welcome you back.

The property itself was everything we needed for our beach vacation. It was clean and had all the beach essentials. It was nice being able to walk down the steps and be at the sidewalk to be on our way. This is our second time staying in this building and I think we will be back again. The check in process was a little confusing as we did check in early, but nothing that didn’t ruin our vacation.

The property was beautiful! Pool shared with another condo property and was very small. Communication with the management company was fairly decent. I would go back just because the inside was so beautiful and large. Great area also!!!

Very nice condo. This was the third condo we had rented at Dockside, and was probably the nicest. We like the location. Easy access to the beach and restaurants.

The property was very clean and nice! The only issue we ran into was that our code for the front door didn't work on arrival. Communication was great and we were given a code to retrieve the key. We received a new door code the next day- communication was great! We were surprised that the front patio area was shared, although most of the time we had ours to ourselves and it wasn't an issue. We also were surprised that the pool was shared by another property. The only issue we had there was the first evening, it was completely full with both kids and adults and very loud. We had a great time at this property- the views were beautiful and we had easy walking access to restaurants, shops and beach.

We appreciate you choosing Schantzis on the Gulf and for sharing these helpful notes. It’s great to hear the location and views added to your stay. We’ve reviewed the keyless entry process to improve reliability, and we’ll clarify the listing about shared outdoor spaces so expectations are clear. We’d love to host you again when you’re back in the area for another relaxing visit.

Yet another great stay!

Our 3rd year in a row at the property while visiting Clearwater Beach. It’s our 3rd year in a row staying at the property for a reason, it’s fantastic! The the host is fantastic at communicating very promptly, the property is very nice and in great condition, and it’s a great location to be able to walk to everything. Highly likely we’ll be back for a 4th year in a row.
