This comfortable one bedroom 1.5 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf Side Club Apartments within easy walking distance to the beach, tennis courts and pool. Its location offers the morning sun and palm tree views in the bedroom. Its lovely screened patio allows guests to enjoy the warm tropical breezes. Features include: Two Queen beds in the master bedroom with a 32" flat screen TV | ? A spacious walk-in closet. En-suite bath with a walk in shower with a grab bar. Additional half-bath off the front hallway. Open floor plan with beautifully renovated kitchen that is fully equipped with the necessary cooking items-pots/pans, utensils, dishes, toaster, a standard 12-cup coffeemaker as well as a Keurig coffee machine. The living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment | The unit is fully tiled throughout.

Second floor . View of fence and backside of building only . Unit clean but if I was paying a cleaner I would have them address corners/baseboards. Decor tasteful . Most kitchen items needed on hand ( not hot mitt for removing items from oven ) Issue with bedroom toilet / blowdryer that were reported at check out . Was told they would address same day . Gym well equipped/clean . Free Breeze trolley stop at front entrance . Beach attendant Jasen very kind and helpful . Hot tub only on Bay side and too hot ! No one could tolerate to enter .

You cannot beat this location. The beach was unbelievable and even better it was private, which meant no crowds! The unit was beautiful and clean. We were so sad to leave and didn’t want our vacation to end. We will return for sure! The only thing I wished were different were the pillows. They were so flat I woke up with the worst headache. 10/10 recommend this place.

Great Little Getaway

Siesta Key

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just as shown in the pictures. It is well equipped with everything you could need. The unit was very clean and the resort is very nice. Two suggestions: Clearer instructions on the QR laundry machines (we drove our dirty clothes back to Michigan) and several of the electrical outlets are very loose and hard to keep things plugged into them. We had a very pleasant stay and so pleased we found you on line :)

Spotless unit/second bath.

Kitchen was Very well stocked with any kind of dish, pan, tool you would need. We didn't have a view, but still used the screen porch a little. Because there was red tide the beach was not ideal, so the location was also good for walking to the bay side pool.

The PBC is our favorite Florida rental 😊

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PBC 157 rental was fine for our 28 days stay. The different livingroom furniture has a lot to be desired. I had liked the blue furniture from prior stays. The kitchen items needed an inventory review. I did buy the oven mitten and oven pad to donate to the cause. We did sleep well, which was the most important thing! 😊

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Please furnish bedrooms with better pillows. They have hard lumps when you lay your head on them. Bedspread and pillow shams were not clean. Please wash them after each guest or better yet use white duvet covers like all the nice hotels. Pans and skillets were in bad condition. Please replace.

Nice Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to the Palm Bay club for a number of years and always a pleasant stay! The property is well kept, the staff polite and accommodating. The unit was comfortable and clean. We had an issue with a bathroom tap that was fixed within an hour of our request. Enjoy the easy access to the beautiful beach and having a large amount of beach recliners to make use of. Also enjoyed the pool. My husband played tennis pretty much every day and courts are available on a sign up basis. Look forward to coming again! If you want to go to a nice place for dinner on the Key, try Summer House Steak and Seafood!
