Great proximity to everything.

We loved our stay! The location and proximity to restaurants, shops, ice cream, and the beach were perfect. Our kids also loved that the pool was just steps from our front door.

The house was exactly as described and very nicely decorated. The location was great. It was very nicely to be able to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Prime spot

This place was in a perfect location. There was no car needed. We could've been on an oceanfront property and still walk the same distance from where our condo was to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great time

We really enjoyed our stay during the July Fourth week! The home was fully stocked with all the essentials, including outdoor gear, and even had two full refrigerators—one in the garage and one on the main floor—super convenient for minimizing trips upstairs. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra towels and bedding. The location was perfect—just a short distance from beach access, restaurants, sweet shops, and other essentials.

Our family really enjoyed our stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The home was very spacious. We enjoyed the layout. My husband and I stayed on the first floor while the “kids” stayed on the third floor. The beds were comfortable. The living room/kitchen was a perfect place to hangout and wind down. The kitchen was very well stocked. This home is also so close to the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk to the chairs (reserved through 30A Shade) on the beach. The top floor look out was the cherry on the top. It was my favorite place to sit and take in the ocean view. I bet it would be even more enjoyable in cooler weather. Lastly the bikes, beach wagon, toys, and games on the lookout were all greatly appreciated. We did have an issue with the Internet not working but that was not their fault. They were proactive and called us before we arrived to let us know the issue and plan. Overall I highly recommend staying here.

This is one of the better experiences and locations that I've had at Santa Rosa Beach Florida. The Host, The management company was very communicative with me at all times, the home was easy to find, had extra parking, and was smacked up in the middle of a popular area with plenty of restaurants and stores around. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs, that being said, this trip was so enjoyable, and we greatly appreciate the service!

Awesome Views

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for all and loved the rooftop with two sides! It was very clean, convenient to nearby restaurants, etc. We were glad to not have to drive everywhere.

Wonderful Beach vacation

We had a wonderful vacation! The location was ideal with a easy short walk to the beach and everything we could need was there-- toys for the kids, umbrellas, chairs. The property is fabulous! The rooftop was the perfect spot to start and end the day and the property manager/owner was so easy to work with! We will definitely be back!

It was lovely and comfortable and the view on the roof top was amazing. there were tons of beach toys and kitchen appliances.

Loved our trip!

This home was perfect. It was closer to the beach than most of the people parking to visit the beach. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The Tommy Bahama chairs, paddleboard and beach wagon were a huge bonus. We loved the community pool and the ocean view from the roof. The management Company was a pleasure to work with and very communicative. This made our trip very easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Home

This townhome has everything going for it. 1 minute walk to beach. It had some wonderful ocean views from the rooftop deck. It was very clean snd spacious with 4 Bedrooms. The kids room had a very sturdy queen over queen bunk bed with a twin easily sleeping all 5 of the kids. The location was great in relation to many great restaurants like Shunk Gulley, Growlers, Pizza by the sea snd Perfect Pig. We never had to get in the car. It had a very nice community pool that was never crowded because there are only a few units it served. The unit also came with several Tommy bahama beach chairs , umbrella and even a beach cart to haul everything. There was also a Paddleboard. It had everything you need for a great relaxing vacation. We have found our spot. We will be back in September .

What a great Townhome!!

Wow, this condo had it all. We were most pleased with the location. It was just steps to the beach using the Ed Walline beach access or the Shell Seekers beach access. As many people are driving around looking for parking, we just walked out the door and we are at the beach in 3 minutes by foot. It is located in the hart of Gulf Place and it was steps away from Shunk Gulley, Pizza by the sea, Perfect Pig, Sunrise Coffee shop, Growlers and Goatfeathers. This made for a very relaxing vacation. We did not need to fight the traffic in a car. The unit had a beautiful view of the ocean from the Rooftop deck which is on the 4th level. the Unit was very nicely decorated and had cable/streaming in every room with great wifi reception which my husband needed. The unit also provided a nice Yolo Paddle board, tommy bahama beach chairs, Umbrellas and a great cart to haul everything. That was a very nice surprise. We had a wonderful vacation and will be back to this unit. The Mgmt. was wonderful to work with.

So much fun

We just had the best time!! The views from this condo are beautiful. We loved how close the beach was and that everything was provided. It made loading up for the beach very convenient. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully! We had a group of college kids next to us and when they drove up in a giant bus I was worried about them keeping our baby up. We never heard them! You do not hear your neighbors at all which was a huge bonus for us on both sides as our kids can be loud too! Our kids loved the bunk room and the beds were comfortable for adults as well. We loved being able to walk to restaurants, ice cream and shops!! We can't wait to go back but hope the dryer works next time. I did not let management know that the dryer does not work as we were too busy having fun. It wasn't a huge deal this time of year but it would be in summer when you need to dry towels and swimsuits more. Everything was perfect for our week away! You will not regret staying here!!

Hal's Place - Fall Break 2021

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay at Hal's Place. We love spending all day at the beach so the paddle board, umbrellas, beach chairs and wagons that came with the unit were a big hit. Management company was super friendly and responded quickly with any questions/comments. This was our 7th year coming to Summer Place for Fall Break and will be back next year. Great location, short walk to the beach, and restaurants.

Great Vacation

Overall it was a great vacation. The property was very clean, well equipped with top of the line amenities. There were a couple of minor things wrong with the property upon arrival that weren’t fix until the day prior to leaving but it was nothing that spoiled our trip or not want to rent this unit again.
