Absolutely amazing home…super comfy beds, great communication with host, close to everything, safe neighborhood!! We loved it and would highly recommend…pool is right across the street and the public beach was super close!! Thank you for sharing this beautiful home. P.S. The neighbors were super friendly too!!

We recently stayed at “here comes the sun” in Santa Rosa Beach. Penny from BLV was very helpful and communicative. The coffee maker went out the 2nd day and they had it replaced quickly.

Everything We Needed

The house had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space. We especially appreciated how close we were to the beach.

A nice break from life

The home is right off the main road making it easy to get to. The 3rd and 2nd floor porches, have a great view of the area. The pool in the community was nice and the home was really clean.

This house is so unique and so fun! The porches and balconies (especially the one with the porch swing) were a favorite spot to relax while our kiddos took a nap. We had an issue (our fault) with getting locked out and the maintenance staff handled it very quickly for us. The kitchen was well stocked, and the location was perfect. We loved our stay and can’t wait to visit again!

Returning Renter!

This home and community were perfect for our vacation. The pool was right across the street and the home was so clean and well stocked. 30A is such a great area, quiet but still close to everything on 30A. We've been booking with Beach Luxury Vacations for 2 years now, and they are always great. At this point we wouldn't use anyone else!

Perfect vacation spot

The rocking chairs on the front porch, the ocean view balcony, the outdoor gazebo, TV on the porch, the location to the community pool, the location of the home, the beautiful decor, the fully stocked kitchen made us all decide Here Comes The Sun will be our new favorite perfect vacation spot. We will definitely be back.

Quiet location.

This was a great location for our family. It was just off the main road and beach area which gave us a quiet place to return to every night after a busy day exploring the area.
