This property was just perfect for my sister and I. We had come to Las Cruces for my nieces baby shower. The location was central to everything and a bonus was our ability to walk everyday into the historic section of Mesilla. We will definitely stay again anytime we come to visit her.

The complex is gated and very quiet! The pool was a great escape from the NM heat. The host was super polite and the house its self was very homey, clean and spacious!

Our family really enjoyed staying here! The condo was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic, we quite enjoyed Casa Rossa (wine/pizza) which we walked to our first night. Andeles is just down the street which we also thoroughly enjoyed. We had a habit of watching the sunrise from the patio facing the Organ Mountains. We also enjoyed having the pool, though as other reviewers mentioned, the pool is not heated, it was quite cold when we were there.Would certainly stay here again next time we're in Cruces.

Was perfect for my needs!

The location for this property was great! Very close to Mesilla, right off the highway, secure! I felt safe there, I will stay there again no doubt. It was equipped with everything I needed as well.

Great condo at a perfect location

This condo is comfy and cozy and at the perfect location to walk to many fine restaurants and lounges. The condo was clean and the furniture comfortable, including the beds. The security gates made us feel safe. The area is quiet and peaceful. We loved it!

Golf getaway

It was a great place and we loved the location near Old Mesilla. We were able to access the freeways easily to get to the golf courses and then come back and walk to Old Mesilla for dinner. Very cool!

Absolutely perfect! Cute quiet secure condo 15” walk to old Mesilla. Kitchen was well stocked. Our host Ana was incredible, checking in occasionally to make sure everything was ok. Pool is not heated in winter months if that’s important to you. The pool area is open though and it was so warm in this enclosed condo area. One thing I would note that I don’t think was in the description is that this condo is on the second floor, 18 steps, no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, this would be difficult. This condo is definitely a winner!
