This recently renovated, chic, sun-filled Hamptons home is steps away from the bay beach, tennis, pickleball, and breathtaking sunsets over Peconic Bay. Located in the private community of Whalebone Landing, this beautifully landscaped property is a 10-13 minute drive to Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, and Southampton. Enjoy the large, private, enclosed backyard with heated pool and hot tub surrounded by intricate, colorful landscaping designed to bring tranquility and inspiration. Take the bikes provided for a ride around the quiet community or beach. Enjoy the newly built outdoor shower. Amenities include a gourmet kitchen, hot tub, heated pool with new bluestone patio, bikes, volleyball, ping pong, foosball, xbox, arcade games. This is a special home for year-round memories!

The open plan living spaces flow easily among the double-height living room with bright natural light and dining area with sliders to the expansive deck, Brand new gourmet eat-in kitchen, stainless appliances, and vaulted ceilings. The first-floor master suite is spacious with sliders to the deck, a walk-in closet, and a custom bathroom, There are two additional bedrooms and a loft area/office (with a single pullout bed) on the second floor. Community amenities include a private beach pavilion, two tennis courts, a cabana with baths and showers, beach volleyball, and a picnic area. Just minutes to ocean beaches and villages. *The house is located in a family-friendly, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood. I kindly ask that you keep noise levels, including music, at a reasonable volume to maintain a serene environment both during the day and evening hours.* Once again, *Families only please!* *Any group share requests will be denied* *Primary renter must be at least 35 years old**Cost of propane for pool heating not included in rental price*

This home is elegant and perfectly appointed with everything needed for a summer ending respite. The home is immaculate with wonderful linens, blankets, contemporary kitchen and outdoor space. Pitch perfect.

Amazing, comfortable, and well appointed

We had a fantastic stay at Elyse’s home in Sag Harbo, it truly couldn’t have been better. The house is beautifully maintained inside and out, with everything you could possibly need: a fully stocked kitchen, pool essentials, and even tennis gear for outdoor fun. The four bedrooms are ideal for families or a group of friends, and the beds are incredibly comfortable.The kitchen is stunning, and the backyard is private, clean, and beautifully landscaped. The heated pool warms up quickly, and the gated yard provides a safe, serene space to relax.Elyse was a wonderful host, offering great local recommendations for both Sag Harbor and Southampton. The location is perfect, conveniently situated between both towns for easy access.Highly recommend this home. I’ll definitely be back!

At true gem of a place and gorgeous tucked away location. Our host was so attentive and helpful. Would recommend 1 millions times over. I rarely say this (since I always like to try a new place) but would for sure rent again. Have found the perfect space. Hope you and yours also enjoy!

A Perfect home for the Hamptons

This was our first visit to the area, and we couldn’t have found a more beautiful place to stay. Incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, excellent location, quiet, everything we needed. And we had five adults staying in the home and had plenty of room for everybody. The home cam with all the amenities we could ever ask for. The only thing we needed was a few groceries to tide us over between trips to the wonderful selection of restaurants. Thank you so much!

The weekend was absolutely perfect. The house was just beautiful and the very clean. The beach is just a quick walk and Sag Harbor a quick drive. I highly recommend this property. The owner was kind and very helpful.

Lovely and cozy home

We stayed for the week over Thanksgiving. The house was very comfortable for my family of six. It was very clean. The kids really enjoyed the games in the basement (as did my husband and I, particularly as it gets dark early this time of year). The owners were great and very responsive! Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful vacation

Just returned from a wonderful vacation!! Elyse was a joy to work with and the house was amazing! Everyone in our family loved it and hope we can return soon. Immaculately clean and new. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Bedrooms for everyone and my kids loved the ping pong table and video games. They didn’t want to leave the house. One of the best rental homes ever. -))

Perfect!

Beautiful home! Perfect location! Everything about this stay was amazing! House was immaculate! I wish we stayed longer than 8 days. We loved hanging out in the pool, eating dinner on the beautiful patio and then walking 5 minutes to beach. We watched the most beautiful sunset every night while the kids played in the sand and explored. Sag harbor is a very quick drive too! Elyse was an amazing host and answered every question. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a hidden gem in the Hamptons.

This house is situated in a perfect location and it is tastefully decorated and clean. It is simply "welcoming". The backyard is our favorite spot. It is our own little oasis with the pool and the hot tub. All the bedrooms are beautifully set up with comfortable beds and fresh linens. Elyse went above and beyond our expectations. Additional towels were ordered and washed just before our arrival. Elyse was so thoughtful and wonderful to work with. The location for this house is very ideal for a quick drive to Sag Harbor to enjoy what Hamptons have to offer. The sunset is simply magical with only 5 minutes walk from the house to the private beach access on the Little Peconic Bay. We would love to come back to this piece of heaven again.

Top Rental Experience Ever!

This was hands down one of the best rental experiences I have ever had. The home is so well taken care of - nothing looks worn or outdated. The kitchen is spacious and has all the cookware you need. The bedrooms are all a very nice size, with very comfortable beds and fresh new linens. The living room is so spacious and was perfect for family hang outs after a day exploring nearby Sag Harbor or Southampton. But the outdoor space was amazing and by far our favorite part. This property is immaculately lanscaped, with beautiful flowers and shubbery around the pool area! There is a huge side lawn that is great for playing outdoor games and an amazing patio with lounge seating for 6 right next to a table that can seat 8. The pool is surrounded by a ton of patio furniture as well, which made for really great family afternoons. By far one of my top rental experiences ever!

Great place to stay with family

House is beautiful and the kids loved the pool. Elyse was prompt in responding to all our questions. We all had a great time and hope to be back next summer. It’s also close to several local restaurants and farm stands.

What a great stay.

The home was beautiful, warm, decorated well and filled with whatever we needed. The bedrooms were good size and beds very comfortable. The house was sparkling clean when we arrived and the pool and grounds are gorgeous. Also, if anything is an issue, Elyse is there to assist and get things in order. A+

Steps from the beach

This was the perfect setting for our early spring getaway. Spent several days exploring the Hamptons off season and loved-loved-loved(!) this house. Tucked away yet close to everything. The home is tastefully decorated and not only beautiful, but totally livable and ultra comfortable. The layout just flows and the convenience of the first floor master bedroom is one of my favorite features. Kitchen is gorgeous and laid out for a true chef. I wanted to cook up a storm but there were so many restaurants to try that we never did. The walk to the tennis court & beach is less than five minutes—we went to watch the sunset every night. The colors of the sand & rocks on the beach- peach, rose, white were mesmerizing as well. The owner was super accessible when we encountered a challenge, and she clearly made it a priority to make us 100% comfortable. It was a lovely experience top to bottom, and we not only recommend it, but we will return! Thank you!!

Awesome Stay!!!

The house is bright, airy, and impeccably decorated. My children and I had a fantastic time hanging out next to the fireplace and running around the big back yard. The rooms are big, clean, and really cozy for the winter! The hosts are warm and wonderful and unbelievably helpful. Just down the street, there is a private tennis court overlooking the Peconic Bay and the views are awesome. Totally recommend staying here!
