Cozy and comfortable beach cottage in the desirable south end of The Sea Ranch. Two master bedrooms, each with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, large living and dining room, wood burning fireplace, updated kitchen and bathrooms, wine cooler, flat screen TV's in bedrooms and living room, and paid subscription streaming services including Netflix, Amazon prime video, Sling (orange and blue), and Paramount+. Reliable and fast high speed wireless access (100 mps, provided by Sea Ranch Connect) and Bluetooth ready surround sound system!!
Private hot tub and garden, multiple decks with nearly a dozen Adirondack chairs and a table and chairs for 4, outdoor gas barbeque, and beautiful views of a meadow, mountains, and sea are included. A stone’s throw from the Bluff Trail and the ocean and a short walk to Pebble and Black Point Beaches, Moonraker Recreation Center, and the Sea Ranch Lodge. Located near the end of a very quiet, dead-end street and far from the traffic noises of Highway 1. A short 5 minute drive to Two Fish Bakery in Stewarts Point.

The Sea Ranch is internationally known and revered for its attempt to blend man-made structures with their natural setting. This most picturesque area of California, 100 miles north of San Francisco dotted with distinctive homes, spreads for about ten miles on either side of Highway One in the coastal Sonoma County. The building design is unique in its architecture, and the challenge to 'live lightly on the land' is on-going.
With three swimming pools, saunas, tennis courts, an 18-hole championship golf course, and 50 miles of hiking trails that meander along the coastal cliffs, through meadows and forests, there is no shortage of outdoor activity for your Sea Ranch vacation. And after a hard day of having fun, soak in the spa, have a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset over the ocean.

Operation of this house is regulated by Sonoma County. Mandated performance standards are summarized below. Failure to meet these performance standards could result in a $1500 fine. Fines imposed by Sonoma County will be deducted from funds held as a security deposit.
• Outdoor amplified sound is prohibited at all times.
• Guests should avoid activities during quiet hours (i.e., between 9 PM AND 7
AM) that disturb neighbors such as parties, slamming car doors, extended
conversations outside, gatherings on decks or in hot tubs, etc.
• Outdoor burning of solid fuels is prohibited, including fire pits.
• If a Voluntary Evacuation Order is issued, guests must leave the property
immediately and exit the evacuation zone.
• Possession or discharge of fireworks is strictly prohibited.
• Dogs must be on a leash when not in the home or car. Continual nuisance
barking by unattended pets is prohibited.
Children under the age of 6 are not allowed in the spa. The spa cover must be replaced when spa is not in use.

A peaceful meadow setting with mountain and partial ocean views. Only 100 yards to the ocean so no shortage of the calming sounds of the ocean surf. Lots of deck space for socializing with friends and the perfect two bedroom/bath arrangement for two couples. A well equipped kitchen for the perfect dinner.
