From winding coastal trails to hikes through the beautiful Redwoods, you can spend endless hours immersed in nature.
At the end of long days, there’s no better place to unwind than the homes spacious, outdoor deck while enjoying a meal al fresco or an evening cocktail under the stars. The private, bubbling hot tub is waiting to help ease the rest of your troubles away, the perfect end to another perfect day.
Stepping inside the home, soaring, wood-paneled ceilings sit overtop abundantly lit areas designed for connectivity and relaxation. Sink into plush living room sofa and armchair seating while you queue up that new movie you’ve been saving on the smart TV. Follow the open floorplan into the fully equipped kitchen featuring full-sized appliances, ample counter space for meal preparation, and cabinetry stocked with all the comforts of home. The formal dining room table seats 6 for mealtimes or plays host to a spontaneous family game night, while 4 high-top stools at the counter are ideal for more quick and casual bites.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a loft.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.
The loft includes 2 twin size beds, a sink, and dedicated workspace with desk and chair.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles with overflow parking at a nearby lot. Parking passes are required and will be provided upon check-in. Guests are not permitted to park in the garage.
• Pet friendly! Dogs only. Maximum 1 dog, 80 lbs. or less. An additional $150 per stay is required. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• Fireplace in living room is electric and controlled by thermostat.

The Sea Ranch is a planned community with over 3,000 acres featuring: The Historic Sea Ranch Chapel, The Sea Ranch lodge (restaurant and shopping), a 50-mile trail system with 6 public beach access points, and three recreation centers with outdoor pools, locker rooms, half-basketball court, and tennis courts (amenities vary with each center) for guest use. The Sea Ranch facility reservations for pool and tennis are available on the Sea Ranch Association website, while trails and beaches are open.
