Wonderful weekend!

This home was perfect for girls weekend to enjoy the Cooper River Bridge Run! The neighborhood is a cozy and charming gem of Charleston and the house was beautifully decorated with several great gathering areas. Loved having a driveway for the two cars as well.

Wonderful Experience

We had a great time in Charleston staying at this beautiful home. It worked perfectly for our family of 3. Robert was a great host and easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We enjoyed the rockers on the side porch more than we thought we would. Quiet neighborhood with some of the typical late noise of local college kids coming home from the bars but didn’t keep us awake. Nice to have parking and Uber was so easy and quick. Recommend!

Darling house and fantastic location!

Lovely Downtown Charleston Historic Home

This property was the perfect backdrop to our Charleston visit! It is in a great location downtown, easily walkable to King Street and other neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops. The house was clean and tastefully updated while maintaining that classic southern charm. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Robert was a gracious and accommodating host, and communication could not have been easier. Would absolutely recommend for your next Charleston visit!

Cute Charleston Stay!

Loved this place! It was clean, the beds were so comfortable and the host was easy to communicate with! An added plus was the bedrooms were pretty much all the same, so there was no fighting over rooms. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends when they come to Charleston!

Great location/great house

We spent a long weekend in Charleston and the house we stayed in was perfect for our stay. The location was close enough that we were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to see. We also got in a run to coopers river bridge (just under 5 miles to the middle). The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great!

Great visit!

This VRBO experience was so nice & much needed. Property was newly renovated and extremely clean. Owner was kind and very helpful. And my family truly enjoyed our visit to Charleston. Can't wait for a reason to return to stay at this listing. Highly recommend!!

Birthday weekend

We had a wonderful weekend in Charleston celebrating my daughter’s birthday. She is a College of Charleston student so this house was a good distance to host her and her roomies for a fun brunch and hangout. Great Location, Comfortable beds.

This is a perfect little house.

The house is very cozy. We love that all the bedrooms have king size beds with nice linens. It is very walkable to everything on King Street and downtown Charleston. The host is very pleasant to deal with and allowed us to stay an extra hour on the day of travel. I would definitely stay in this house again.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Retreat

Classic Charleston, great potential

Great kitchen and outside spaces, large bedrooms, comfortable king beds, lots of towels, friendly host lives nearby. This is a newly renovated house, walkable to anywhere you’d want to go in Charleston. Neighborhood has a youthful vibe and lots of restaurant options.

Perfect getaway house for small family

This was a perfect home for a quick 2-3 dat getaway. The house was large enough for us to be comfortably as a family of five. The two king beds were very welcomed and the sheets smelled so fresh. Loved meeting Robert , he made us feel very at home !

Charleston girls trip

Property was beautiful! House is old charm with lovely aesthetic. The front bedroom is gorgeous with a porch. It is a little loud at night with pedestrian traffic but it didn’t keep us from being so happy.

Bookclub Reunion

Wonderful place for friends to enjoy time together. I have been to Charleston before, but never in a house. It was so lovely to be in a great neighborhood, sit on the porch and relax. Walk into town was easy, but Ubers were also easy to get. This house is a charming piece of Charleston!

Charming home in the perfect location

Lovely home in the historic district and close to all of Charleston's attractions. Comfortable walking distance to King Street. The home was clean, beautifully decorated keeping the historic charm, and well equipped with all necessary amenities. Three spacious bedrooms upstairs with king size beds. Very comfortable living space for a family of four with teenagers. Highly recommend this property and would rent again for our next Charleston adventure!

Did not disappoint

Beautiful home located in the perfect neighborhood if you’re wanting to explore Charleston. The host was fantastic and communicated promptly. He asked if there was anything that he could do to help my stay that much better, I requested coffee and he made sure I had the best coffee in town! This house is gorgeous it’s put together perfectly the beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with anything you need for cooking.

Friends Get Together

We loved the location, the spacious outdoors, and the beautiful historic home! It was the perfect amount of space for three couples celebrating a birthday. There are many great coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within a few blocks that are worth a visit. I accidentally left a few articles of clothing that Robert helped get back. He went out of his way to ensure we got our clothes back; I appreciated him above to help us. I hope other occupants enjoy the stay as much as we did!

Engagement Party Weekend in Charleston

My Friends and I booked here because we were looking for a nice place to stay for an engagement party in Charleston. The location was walking distance from almost everything. The house / property itself embodied the unique charm of Charleston. The outdoor area was great for group photos and congregating before events. The host, Robert, was extremely helpful, easy going and a pleasure to communicate with. We’ll definitely try to book the same space come the wedding next year. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to experience Charleston under any circumstance.

Gorgeous house

This property is beautiful. We were delighted when we arrived; it’s elegant, spacious and very tastefully refurbished. The location is marvellous - there are some great cafés and restaurants nearby - although it can be a little noisy after dark, (only to be expected in the city) The host is very reluctant to engage - wouldn’t show us how to work the upstairs fans, or send anyone round to help - but his grumpy demeanour is more than made up for by his lovely property. The back yard could use an outdoor grill, and the kitchen is oddly ill-equipped - it needs a kettle, tea towels, a bread knife, and a saucepan big enough to cook pasta for 6 people, but if you don’t mind improvising you can get by. We loved our stay here, once we realised that the host wasn’t particularly receptive to enquiries, and we’d just have to figure everything out for ourselves!

Beautiful Charleston Stay!!!

This house has ALL the charm and character that you would wish for when staying in the heart of Charleston! Exposed brick, built in bookcases, gorgeous hardwood floors & fireplace with so much detail on the mantle. It’s like going back in time. Kitchen has a island that makes it so nice to prepare a meal. Our family loved having dinner in the elegant dining room. My 12 year old said she felt like a princess. The bedrooms are so open and airy! The house has several places to spread out and be comfortable. You can relax on back patio with a glass of wine or while sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch. My daughter loved the little reading nook! My husband enjoyed naps on the comfy couch. We all slept so peacefully…beds are super comfortable. Owners were great and so accommodating. We really look forward to another stay at this beautiful house.
