The views of the beach are amazing. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The beach access was excellent and the shower was conveniently located and had automatic lighting. We had plenty of room and everything was organized and maintained. The internet and tv are easy to access.Trying to plan our next vacation before it gets booked up. We highly recommend this property

The house and location were great. The amenities of the house are limited to the bare essentials. No beach chairs or beach towels, umbrella for a beach house is strange to me. There is not a spice or foil or anything like that so you must bring EVERYTHING. The management company lists everything to bring so it’s no surprise I guess but Ive never been in a beach house rental property that had no chairs, towels, grill. They also list all the amenities so I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised so read carefully. There is a grill visible in a locked room but not available to use. There was a problem getting in the house. The code didn’t work but thankfully the management company was available to help. We were never able to lock the door. We were out in the pouring rain using a code that didn’t work. There were no mats to wipe your feet at 3 of the 4 doors. And there is no checking in early even when no one was at the house. There were a few insects but that’s comes with a house on the beach. There are A LOT of stairs to get up to the main floor and to get to the beach. The property landscaping needs some attention. It is very overgrown. The outdoor shower didn’t work and the hose was broken. There was some garbage scattered around the property. With that being said w’d go back to the house because it was a great property for the price and now we know what to expect. The views were amazing so was the beach. And pet friendly was a bonus.

Wonderful location on side road off AIA

Everything was very good except the kitchen needs more space in cabinets to store purchased food - we basically used the kitchen counter for the week

Great vacation

The property was very nice and in a great location. Furnishings are excellent and the layout of the floors made it perfect for visiting while cooking or just enjoying the great view of the ocean.

Spring break relaxing

We loved the place! It was everything we wanted for a relaxing vacation. Even with some rainy days, we were able to enjoy the beautiful view e peaceful beach.

Perfect location, beach is beautiful & quiet. Quick ride to St Augustine beds are very comfortable, enough linens , kitchen supplies were good. The house itself is a bit worn out( for the amount of money charged it should be top notch) but all in all in it was good & would stay here again

Nice porch to view the ocean!

Reunion with siblings with plenty of room. Large bedrooms which accommodate all 9 of us. The location was nice to grocery stores and we mostly stayed on the large porch!

Friends and fun

Great location on the beach! Close enough to historic St.Augustine for easy access. Bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen stocked well enough. Orange couch was not too comfortable though. Suggestion balcony height chairs for beach deck would be great!

4 Palms July 2025

We loved this property--having the same amount of bathrooms as bedrooms was so convenient. We loved the views from the living room and kitchen, and the porches were wonderful. The kitchen was well-stocked and the appliances were nice. It was great to have our own walkway to the beach, and the beach itself was really lovely--not very crowded, even though the Crescent Beach park is close by. Beautiful place to see the sunrise and the full moon over the ocean! We will most likely stay here again.

good location close to downtown St Augustine without the traffic nightmare. House could use some pressure washing and trim painting. The cleaning crew done a good job. It could also use a few more bath towels for the week long guests,

Great beach location!

Great location. Getting to the beach is so easy. The upstairs porch is wonderful - you can watch the pelicans flying over! The house has everything you need. Could use a few minor repairs but very comfortable. Would definitely rent again!

Great vacation

Very nice place. The area was safe feeling, the beach was a nice beach. The porch was a highlight. We ate most of our meals on the porch. Many stairs to go up and down, with the main living area and porch being on the uppermost level. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms spacious, and everything was pretty much like the listing said. Check-in and check-out very simple. We would recommend this place.

Pros and cons

Great house for a beach vacation. Best feature is the porch looking at the amazing sunrise in the morning. Beds are most comfortable and kitchen equipment is in excellent condition for cooking. Couch cushions, carpet and hand rails need cleaning.

Celebrating 70 bday w daughters & husband

The location and the space in the house was everything we hoped for. Linens were fresh. And the house was very clean, which is most important to me. There are some tired areas that need painting, however. So appreciated the great selection of beach chairs, umbrella, etc. and the kitchen is very well stocked. Could use a couple more trash bags for a week stay we had an amazing memorable time!!
