Located only 1/4 of a mile from the downtown Rockville Metro, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath renovated colonial-style single family home sporting hardwood floors, updated kitchen and baths boasts a gorgeous fenced in yard with 2-tiered deck and spacious accommodations all in walking distance to Rockville Town Center, the Rockville Courthouse, restaurants and shops. Just seconds to I-495, I-270, Pike & Rose, it's only 25 minutes by car or by metro to downtown DC! Central air conditioning, gas heat off-street parking, washer & dryer are all included! Dogs are welcome (breed restrictions apply) with $150 pet fee. There are sidewalks and parks within walking distance of this wonderful home.

Great location, great price!

Stayed here to pack up my daughter in Maryland and help her move. After exhausting days, it was nice to come back to a clean and nice home with very comfortable beds!

Great location, cute house

We enjoyed our stay! The yard was perfect for our dogs, and the house was just what we needed. Comfortable and nicely appointed, we would love to have stayed a little longer. Very close to the Metro station, grocery, lots of places to eat. Very nice neighbors. Would stay again.

Hidden gem in Rockville

Easy to access but tucked away in a nice residential neighborhood, this was a great base for attending a local wedding.

Great home away from home!

We had to find a local place to stay for four days while work was being done on our townhouse. This cute little colonial worked out beautifully for our needs.

Wonderful property and great hosts

We had a lovely stay for 2 nights at this property. Everything was very clean and they were helpful and communicative throughout. The bed and shower was great, and our pup loved running around in the yard after a long drive! Cute, quiet neighborhood and easy to get to where we needed to go! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Everything we expected and more!

This charming, immaculate home was perfect for our visit, complete with a well-stocked kitchen, big screen TV, huge (and extremely comfortable!) master bed, gas grill, gas firepit, nice shampoo/soap, steaming hot shower with great water pressure, board games, and a bag of fresh, unopened coffee! The owners were great at communicating with us throughout the process. The neighbors were very friendly, the neighborhood was great for walking, and our dog enjoyed the big backyard. We were extremely impressed with the home, and will definitely book it again if we are visiting Rockville!

Wedding stay

So clean, tidy, comfortable. Perfect for two, not sure if I could handle a couple of kids there; however, we were in and out on our visit. Everything I needed was there, took the metro with ease and the hosts were prompt and helpful. Would definitely stay there again

Homey!

Great place to gather and close to NIH and all other amenities desired for our weekend. Grass was cut and peonies in bloom which made it feel welcoming. Would stay there again if needing a group family place in returning to NIH. Elizabeth and Martin very responsive.

Great location and neighborhood!

My son and I really enjoyed our stay. He played in three lacrosse tournaments and this house was a great retreat away from the field to recover from the heat and humidity. The laundry was a godsend!
