This 3BR/2.5BA dream townhouse with private deck overlooking the city is located just steps away from Orpheum, Beale St. , FedEx Forum, Civil Rights Museum a multitude of quality bars & restaurants...

The pool table and rooftop deck will make for lovely memories in the city of Blues 🎸🕺

The space
We are excited to share with you our new and luxurious townhouse that is ideally located to discover Memphis and enjoy jts dining scene.

Our lovely home spreads over 4 floors, the top floor being your own personal rooftop with city views where you can enjoy the sunsets, or just relax and grill out!

The house boasts 3 spacious bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathrooms) as well as all the amenities you can ask for from a grill to a pool table!
You will have full access to its private rooftop deck as well as its own secure 2-car garage featuring a charging station for electric vehicles !

Guest access
Guests get to enjoy everything the house has to offer, from private garage to rooftop deck!

Rooftop deck is equipped with a security camera for your own safety.

This was a great staycation in our own city. Francky was our host and provided great customer service and timely response to any questions we had. The home was just as described and we loved the rooftop. Great experience! I would give our stay 5 !

This condo was in an excellent location. Only 10 minute walk to Beale St. Plenty of dining options blocks from condo. 2 minute walk to the national civil rights museum and the Hotel Lorraine. Condo was spacious and clean. Maybe explain where the garbage goes. Didn’t have any garage cans in garage or nearby.

My sisters and I stayed for 4 nights at this awesome rental! We really LOVED the rooftop deck. We had coffee every morning and drinks once the sun went down (there were heat advisories the entire time we were there). It is very convenient to most of the iconic things to visit in Memphis, Beale St, Earnestines & Hazels (the most haunted bar in the US), The National Civil Rights Museum. Across the street is Old Dominick's Distillery where we had awesome Old Fashions. One Block down is Gus' Fried Chicken, SOOOOO good, a bit spicy. A block and a half down is Hive which is a good place for bagels and pastries. Not far away is Sunrise Memphis.... a MUST go to for breakfast!! Central Ribs was really good ribs & sides. Automatic Slims was really good, we went on a Monday night & they had 6 Martini's and the dinner was french kiss good! As you can see, it is located perfectly!!I will say, if you can't do stairs, this VRBO might be tough for you. We are three older ladies and we managed and would definitely stay here again if we came back to Memphis. There are 48 stairs from the garage to the roof top. The garage and one bedroom are on the first floor. One landing up is the front door. The second floor is the half bath, kitchen, living/dining area with a pool table. The third floor are two bedrooms both with their own bathrooms. From there you go up to the wonderful roof top.

Family Weekend

We had just a couple hiccups during our stay but communication was EXCELLENT and our issues were quickly resolved. The location was outstanding as it allowed us to walk to many of our favorite spots.

Best Location for Fun

We loved this Vrbo and have already told many of our friends. It was not only very clean and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was in safe walking distance to everything!! Thank you for a great Memphis stay!!❤️❤️

Spacious and clean!

We enjoyed staying here! The space is updated and clean. It’s an easy walk to Beale St and many restaurants. Hosts were responsive and helpful. The attached garage parking is a big plus!

Friends Get Away

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host is very responsive and the location is perfect. It is walking distance to Beale Street and we felt perfectly safe walking. It was nice to have the garage parking. Beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place and location

A few blocks from Beale St, MLK Museum, Central Barbecue and the Riverwalk. Francky was quick to respond when I had a question. And our place was clean with all the amenities.

Perfect location for Beale St music!

Lovely townhome that is easy walking distance to several restaurants and the live music bars on Beale. Short drives to Sun Records, Graceland and Stax Records Museum. We appreciated the secure parking. Communication with host before and during stay was always very prompt. Would definitely pick this vacation home next time we’re in Memphis!
