Beach house fun

We had a great vacation staying in this beautiful beach house! It is so conveniently located to the beach and the pier/shops. The house was clean and had everything we need! The rental company was very communicative and provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable! We would highly recommend this place!

Outstanding Property

This condo unit is beautifully apportioned with updated with state-of-the-art appliances and wonderful decor. It was very clean and also easy to keep clean. We had all the dishes/pots/pans needed for a weeks stay. We absolutely loved this property.

We rented both residences for a weeklong 60th birthday celebration with 10 family members. The properties were clean, spacious, & in an excellent location near the beach. Unfortunately, significant maintenance problems disrupted our stay.The rooftop grill was a key advertised amenity because we planned family meals around it. On our first night, we reported a detached burner, broken automatic ignition, & an extremely dirty grill. The property manager, Beachview Rentals, serviced it &, after we insisted, cleaned it. When we tried it afterward, it produced a frightening flare-up with large, uncontrollable flames. We photographed it & reported it again. During a second service visit, we were told the grill was not usable. The smaller grill also had a broken igniter & was not practical for 10 people.We lost hundreds of dollars in food, incurred additional dining expenses, & disrupted our planned birthday celebration. The rooftop fire pit also required repair, a broken beach chair collapsed under a family member, & on our final night the downstairs lock failed, requiring an after-hours reset.Most disappointing was Beachview's response afterward. Despite what occurred, they later said their records showed the grill was working & declined any refund, offering only 10% off a future stay.For a week that cost approx. 16,000, we expected better. The properties have many positives, but based on the maintenance issues & Beachview's response, we will not rent from them again.

Our team responded to the grill concerns during your stay with multiple service visits and cleaning, and our records show that the grill was later tested and found to be operating properly. We understand, however, that the flare-up you experienced was alarming and that the uncertainty around using the grill affected your plans. We also regret the other issues you encountered during your stay and appreciate the opportunity to address them. Holiday Family Gathering!

We found this property to exceed our expectations! From the moment we stepped through the door we knew that we would enjoy our stay. The property was immaculate and was airy and open. We rented both the A and B parts by of the property. Initially the code to A was not working. I called the property management company and they were able to remotely unlock it and reset the lock with the same code. It took no more 5 minutes to open the door. Each of the bedrooms had in suite bathrooms and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the needed appliances and dishes needed to cook meals through the week.. They unit was well stocked with towels, blankets starter supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. The third bedroom upstairs wax fully equipped also. We enjoyed the third floor gathering place as well as the fire pit outside with a view of the ocean. Unit B was a beautiful place with a separate entrance with a fully stocked kitchen, living room and bedroom. The furnishings were comfort and the decor was perfect. There were 8 adults and 3 children under 3 and the space was comfortable for everyone. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here in the future! It was “hands down” our families favorite home to stay in together!

Perfect Place for 8

This was a perfect place for our family of 8. We rented both units so it gave us lots of room to spread out. It was impeccably clean upon our arrival, we were less than 100 steps from the beach and there was everything we needed for our stay. It was also helpful to have private parking as street parking is hard to come by in that area. We would love to stay here again!
