Oceanfront townhome in prime location. 3 Bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths. Roughly 2200 square feet. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds, and the third has a bunk bed, plus a queen sized bed. The kitchen is stocked with all of the basics, including a Keurig Coffee Maker. Board games and puzzles are included to keep family and friends entertained in the evenings.

Three wonderful outdoor spaces! Large front patio on boardwalk with comfortable seating for 10. Small ocean front balcony off of the living room, and a large private roof top deck with built in BBQ, lounge area, dining area, bar stools . . . Views of the ocean, the bay and gorgeous sunset views!

The home is located in an ideal location! It is walking distance to the Balboa Pier which has the famous Ruby's Diner on the end. Also, a short walk from shops, restaurants, as well as the ferry that takes you to charming Balboa Island.

The home has everything you need for a memorable beach vacation: bikes (roughly 8 adult bikes and 3 kids bikes), paddle boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, corn hole, sand toys, beach umbrellas and more!

*All guests accept full responsability for their safety and assume risk when using any equipment in the home. Guests are resposible for any damge they cause to any of the equipment. Guests must report any damage they cause.

It is the perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. We've just added a pack-n-play crib, and a booster seat high-chair. Can comfortably accommodate two families, or one family plus grandparents. Also great for a Girls Weekend, or a couples vacation.

A stunning oceanfront escape

Our stay was incredible! Jessica was an excellent communicator—I knew exactly what to expect before arriving, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The property itself is stunning, with a perfect location. We especially loved the rooftop deck and outdoor patio, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Having enough bikes for all seven of us was a fantastic bonus! The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Having previously lived in the area, it was so special to be back, and staying in this beautiful home made it even more memorable.

At the beach

We absolutely love this place, especially the views of bay and ocean from the well-equipped rooftop deck. The house is very comfortable and situated right on the beach-front walk. We had a fun time with the bikes and other equipment provided. Couldn't have been a nicer vacation.

Wonderful beach stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property! It was clean, thoughtfully decorated and quiet. The beach is steps away from the patio. The roof top was an exceptional addition to spend time. My grandson loved his bunk bed room and there were plenty of sand toys for him to use. The house was spacious and plenty of privacy for our family. Jessica was kind and amazing at communication. We knew exactly what was expected. We will be back as often as we can.

Girls Trip

Had such a fabulous time. Stayed here for a long overdue “reunion” with college friends. House was wonderful, cozy beds & furniture for lots of catch up chats. Loved the location & walkability. Jessica is THE most helpful host and gave us so many great recommendations on things to do, where to eat, etc. Beyond being a really great house so many added bonuses of the bikes, paddle boards, towels, chairs. 5 stars all the way around!!! Beautiful home with incredible accommodations!!! Loved the location on the boardwalk and so close to the beach, bay, pier, volleyball net and a fun walk or bike ride to all the restaurants. We will definitely be back. We loved our stay here!! It was perfect for our family vacation with my parents, my husband, and our 1 year old. Everything was clean and comfortable, the host was great with communication and had so many amenities for us to use (beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, etc). We loved watching the sunset from the roof every night after the baby went to bed. It was just a dream week :) we can’t wait to come back!

Newport Beach getaway

Fabulous location on the Oceanfront Home has multi levels, with several flights of stairs throughout. Floor level access to beach. Bedrooms on the first and second levels. Living and Dining rooms are on the third floor. There is a rooftop deck with grills. The bedrooms were comfy and clean. The view of the beach through the large family room were spectacular. Equally enjoyable were the morning coffees shared on the rooftop deck.Jessica, the host, was easily available and quickly responsive.Family members of all ages enjoyed the trips.

Clean house and Best location!

We hosted our family vacation here. The location is the best. Walking distance to restaurants and the Fun Zone. We did daily walks on the board walk, bike rides to Newport and The Wedge, paddle-boarding in the harbor, bonfires at the rings right out on the sand, and lots of swimming in the ocean! It's a perfect spot! The house had everything we needed so we literally only had to bring our clothes. There were towels, chairs, bikes, shampoo etc, all in great condition! And there is a grocery store very near about a 5 min drive on the peninsula.

Wow! Just amazing

Such a great house, clean, spacious, perfect location really. Park your car in/near the house and just forget about it. Walk the town cuz everything is so close by. Plus the host is the best! They worked with our timings and adjusted accordingly. And the best thing was that the garage is full of bikes and paddle boards and toys for kids and beach chairs - literally everything you may need for the WHOLE family. None of my friends had to rent a bike or anything. That was really awesome how everything was already there. So many beach chairs, footballs, etc. we had a great time, thank you! And we will be back soon.

Amazing location and views!

This place is exactly as described. We thought it may be a little tight, but the way the house is layer out is perfect, never making it feel small or cramped. I love the living area on the second floor because the extra height allows beautiful views all day. They also have everything there from beach chairs to towels, cornhole and paddle boards! The icing on the cake is Jessica the owner/manager. She was so kind and accommodating, even when she was on vacation in Europe!!! So awesome. Thank you for sharing your place, we hope to stay here again!

Perfect beach location!

This property is right on the beach! Walk right out the back patio to the sand. We loved being very close to the soccer field and the fire pits. The home had all the right amenities for the beach - bikes, sand toys, boogie boards, balls, chairs!! Inside has gorgeous views both from living room and roof top!! Our group had 8 people / 2 families and the space was perfect! We will stay again!

My husband and I both spent our childhoods near this beach, and actually started dating when I was living near by on Balboa Island. This area is magical to us, and we are so excited to own our first property here. We fell in love with the location. There is so much to do! It's a great place to spend time with family and friends. Perfect for a Girlfriends' Getaway, perfect for a bunch of couples, and perfect for families.

This property is close to so many attractions, and at the same time, it's removed enough that you'll be able to enjoy quiet time to read or just enjoy the view. You can get to all the action without being immersed in it all the time. It's a great area to walk or bike to so many activities. The sand is right out front, and the garage is stocked with bikes (around 8 adult bikes and 3 kids bikes!), 3 paddle boards, boogie boards, corn hole, sand toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas - and more!.

The home has been remodeled with comfort and entertaining in mind. Our goal was to create a space where friends and family could really enjoy time together, whether on the roof top deck BBQing, or the front patio watching the activity on the board walk out front. The garage is stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation, including around eight adult bikes, as well as kids bikes. There are also paddle boards, beach, chairs, boogie boards, and everything you need for the sand. We have board games, puzzles and books for our guests to enjoy. The kitchen has all the basics for feeling like you are at home.
