We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and having a private bathroom in each bedroom was a huge plus. We especially loved the rooftop deck, which was a great place to relax and enjoy our time together. Everything was just as we hoped, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great family vacation! So convenient… We walked to most things. We had a couple of questions during our stay and they were answered promptly and so professional!

Great stay!

Clean, spacious 4 bedrooms all had their own ensuite, great location (steps to the beach). Would highly recommend for a party of 6-8 people. Will definitely stay again!

Can't Beat the Location

Just steps from the beach, a few blocks from grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. It was a great family vacation spot and we also loved how clean it was.

Great location - a short block from the beach and walking distance from the pier, shopping and restaurants. The four bedrooms, all with their own baths was perfect for our group of 7. The rooftop deck was awesome. Also we had a couple of small issues while we were there and the property manager was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to take care of the problems.

Great location and space

Great property a block from the beach and nearby main Newport strip/pier. Can’t beat the location and space was ideal for larger group with multiple bedrooms and levels. Outdoor areas were great as well. Convenient two car garage as well. Would stay again.

Great location and spacious property

We loved our stay in this home! It is in a great location within walking distance of shops and many restaurants while also being steps from the beach. There was plenty of space for our family of 8 to stay comfortably. House was clean and having the garage for parking is a game changer during busy season. Would definitely stay here again!!

The location was excellent. The listing was not accurate to the reality and conditions of the home. Wore down with broken items, rusty furniture, torn carpet, broken shower, broken toilet seat, etc.

Great location

Great location, nice house. We rented the one next to it also for our big group. Only complaint was the bunk beds were creaky and needed to be tightened.
