This location was perfect for our family reunion. Lots of nearby activities for the teenagers. They loved playing ping pong and paddleboarding! House was well suited for 9. Host was friendly and helpful in meeting all our needs.

Great place for Famijy

We loved our stay! We love cook while traveling and the kitchen was well stocked and we loved enjoying the backyard and the front patio! Really enjoyed the clean home and the layout.

Great Family Mini Vacation

They have everything you need to have a great stay! Beach chairs, kayak, paddle board and everything in the house you would need to cook and have a great time. The nightly fireworks at Sea World were awesome from the front patio as a added bonus.

Mission Bay Visit

The property was well equiped and clean. Very good locaiton for Mission Bay activities. Near Mission Bay Beach and Ocean beach. Would rent again.

Excellent location

our grandson and his fiancée were married in the back yard. Early afternoon, about 20 guests and a perfect place for snacks in the kitchen.

Family vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay. Easy check in and check out. Very clean. Fun seeing the fireworks from SeaWorld every night from the balcony. Enjoyed jogging, walking, biking along the trail by the bay.

We had a wonderful time at your lovely home! The home is well equipped with everything you need and the location is ideal for easily getting around San Diego! You are directly across the street from the beach on the bay which was so convenient for the kids! Highly recommend this property!

Crown Point Stay

This property is very true to the listing. It was very clean and neat. The bedrooms were all a very nice size. The kitchen, dining room and living room was very spacious. It was an open concept that was very airy. There air flow was very good and you didn't need any air conditioning. The on-line welcome guide was very easy to navigate. There were two parking spots and the garage was empty and you could park in there as well. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Good house for large group

This was a good property for a multi generation family group. Rooms and house are as described. Property management was very responsive and house amenities are great. Busy road is right out front so I would not recommend it for families with small children. My only complaint is that the showers have mold in the caulk and they need to be re-caulked.

Thank you for the kind review! We are sorry your stay was not 5 star and sounds like it may have been due to the street! The backyard of this home is completely enclosed with a lock on the gate and very secure. It is also very large with lounge chairs, dining table, space to kick balls around and foosball! It is a great space for families to gather and play with kids big or small. I would say if small children are left unattended in the front yard, that would not be advisable. Otherwise, this really is a perfect family home with children of any size! (Plus the park across the street is one of the best and highest ranked parks in San Diego!) And thank you for letting us know about the caulking! That is something we will attend to right away!

It was a nice mini vacation with the family.

The place was close to the water for a walk and private. The house was big enough for all of us with big dining area, nice bedrooms and plenty of supplies. One thing was that we couldn't find the quick reference for garbage on the refrigerator, so we had to keep checking the digital guide book. The shower hose had a leak, but it was fixed fast after contacting the host. We appreciateed the prompt service. We had a great experience and highly recommend this place.

Family Memorial

This stay was for all of us simply to be together. My beloved husband, honorary dad to my boys, son, Grandpar, and best friend and neighbor passed away suddenly 1 year ago the week of our stay. We wanted to be in a happy and beloved place for the purpose of honoring him, each other, and the love we all share. Our ages on this trip ranged from 1 to 85, and it worked for all of us. Friends dropped in for visits, hugs and food from 2 miles awayy to 2000 miles away. Same time next year….

From the very beginning Cindy was very upfront and honest about the expectations and rules/guidelines. By doing so, we as a group were able to gauge if this was somewhere we wanted to spend our 5 day getaway. Even though the area isn’t allotted with too much patio space it was just enough for us; the park looking out onto the beach was very pleasant to wake up to as well and can be used for extra activities if wanted.. and LOTSA DOGGOS! The communication with Cindy was top tier and we couldn’t be more happy to have such an open /clean space that we were able to share with each other! Awesome time! Thank you!

Truly a Gem of a Property!

We were traveling the entire West Coast (starting in Seattle, WA) catching baseball games as we went. We ended our trip at this incredible property and it couldn’t have been a more perfect ending to our trip. The pictures do not do it justice. The location, a quick walk to the park and beach, was perfection. The highway as well as groceries and restaurants were also close. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a well-stocked kitchen. Check-out was a breeze and did not require a long list of tasks to complete before leaving, a rarity nowadays. I would highly recommend staying at this property and if we find ourselves in San Diego again I will definitely stay here again or at another property with this group. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and stress free!

Awesome house and location

Bedrooms spacious and we had everything one would need. Nice option for front or back patio. Not too far away from attractions. Friendly neighbors. Fire pit was a nice perk. Plenty of linens and kitchen space.

Family Stay

Clean property, very decently stocked. Owners/agent very responsive. Great location. Large open area, kitchen area. Beds comfortable. Overall very nice. We happened to be there during a warm week, would have loved AC. When we mentioned it, agent was very attentive and brought us box fans. Very professional and good experience!

Beautiful location. Nice breezy

We loved being on the beach. The house was roomy. Many areas for privacy. Short walk to the beach. No A/c but such a good breeze with ceiling fans it was perfect. The neighbors on the left, Kristi, friendly.
