We had a wonderful stay at this beach house, which is in an absolutely excellent location and generally looked exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout our stay, and the well-stocked kitchen was a major plus that made cooking meals very convenient. The only downside was that the bathroom floors definitely needed a good mop upon our arrival. Overall, it’s a lovely property in a fantastic spot, and we would certainly consider staying here again.

Great location, more space than pictures suggest

We had a great stay. Good location, the garage was very convenient and there was more space than the pictures suggested. We'd stay here again.

Great place!

Really nice stay. Big house, cool layout. House is well stocked. Location is great. Close to the beach, food, and nightlife.

The location was fantastic! Not only close to the beach and restaurants but also a grocery store. Kitchen was very well equipped and there was loads of stuff for the beach (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, towels, etc). Absolutely loved that the sliding doors downstairs open up the entire width of the house so we had a lovely indoor/ outdoor experience.

Highly recommend this property. It’s a beautiful, spacious house that is one block from the beach. The house has a great kitchen with numerous amenities for cooking meals. The bedrooms are clean and private with a bathroom. The house was clean, everything was well-marked and explained. Would definitely rent again.

Stay in pacific beach

This house was perfect for our group. Great location and the house was very clean. Updated appliances and everything we needed was there. Short walk to the beach and restaurants.

Long weekend in PB

Loved the place, walked to the beach every morning for surfing and coffee. Great beach location comfortable beds and pillows, quiet neighborhood. It was all we could ask for for our family of 11 people.

Family Vacation-San Diego

We had several family members stay at this house and we had an amazing time! House has enough bedrooms to accommodate everyone. Big kitchen and nice outside eating/sitting locations. Walking distance to beach and stores was fantastic!

Wonderful

We had a group of 8 in town for a bachelor party and needed sufficient places to sleep in a good location. This place was terriffic and I can't recommend it enough to pthers who are contemplating

It’s important to clarify for future guests that we do not allow bachelor or bachelorette parties at our properties. Unfortunately, this guest violated our house rules and left the home in very poor condition, requiring extensive maintenance and replacement of damaged items. We work hard to maintain high standards and a comfortable experience for all guests, and we appreciate those who respect our homes and policies.

Amazing house! Exceeded our expectations. Close to everything, in PB but still quiet house and neighbors. Perfect house for our stay. Although we did not cook the kitchen had everything you would possibly need. Super clean too!

The Best!

This property was everything we thought it would be and more! It was just splendid! We enjoyed our rooftop evenings and our morning walks to the beach with coffee. We hope to return in the future….
