Tandem parking garage is TIGHT. Larger cars/vehicles probably won't fit. Please move vehicles in and out carefully.
Tenant agrees to pay the fee for any damage to garage door, garage walls, rails etc. and $100 a day until the damage is repaired.

Terrific location for our vacation in the heart of the Pacific Beach area! Beds comfortable, kitchen spacious and having a garage for our car was greatly appreciated!

Great location! It put us in the middle of everything we wanted to do. And the hosts were very responsive to messages. I would stay there again!

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation! The house was clean and comfortable. We were close to everything we needed and wanted. The host was accessible and helpful.

Love love love!!! The location is perfect. The house is beautiful and immaculate. Very accommodating for 7-8 guests. The family host is wonderful and very caring.

The townhouse is very nice as shown on the listing. The stairs are definitely a huge factor as there are not any rooms downstairs so everyone in your party must be able to walk up at least two flights of stairs. Additionally, the garage that you will park in does not have the house number on it so it did take us a second to find it but the neighboring house numbers are on one next to it so it wasn’t too hard. We appreciated the living room with plenty of seating for us all to play games together on the tv at the end of the night!

Immaculate 4 BR/3.5 bath on 3 floors (so you have to be ok with stairs). Tucked in, so no ocean view, but great location with easy one block walk to beach and boardwalk. Quick walk to Mission Bay on the other side. Well stocked kitchen, garage for a car and had no problem finding street parking for our minivan. Perfect for our family of 8.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and very well stocked! The location was just a short walk from the beach and there were so many amazing restaurants nearby! We will absolutely be back!

When you stay at a place at the beach, what is key is location. The location of this property is absolutely stunning a block to the beach very close to everything you might need. Restaurants, bars, walking paths and most of all close to easy view of the beautiful sunsets.The property itself is large and spacious. We didn’t spend a whole lot of time inside, but we did play card games in the evening and the dining room table is plenty big for that. There was three different smaller outdoor spaces, but really that close to the beach. Don’t really look for a lot of patio stuff.We have to communicate with our house about small things a few times and they were extremely responsive. It was just for women hanging out together and enjoying beauty around us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would recommend this property over and over again!
