Charming beach cottage only 108 steps to 7 miles of sandy beach! Cottage is very comfortable for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. It’s located on a dead end street, just blocks away from Camp Ellis, jetty, restaurant, and fishing pier. Great back yard with a large deck to hang out on. Bar-B-Que or play some lawn games as you have a choice of corn hole or bocci ball. Outdoor hot and cold water shower. Listen to the waves crashing on the beach from the moment you step out of your vehicle. Two bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining and seating area, bathroom with shower, and enclosed front porch to sip your coffee or favorite beverage. Plenty of natural light and breeze through the multiple windows. Wifi, Youtube TV, games, and puzzles for indoor entertainment. Four beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella for your day at the beach. Old Orchard Beach is just a short distance away. Great biking and the trolley runs all summer. Linens and bath towels included. We follow all of the CDC cleanliness guidelines. Rentals are Sunday (3pm check in) thru Saturday (10 am check out).

Relaxing beach decor, very clean & amazingly thought through for great family vacation!

We stay a week in this charming Maine decor cottage (and very clean)! Everything was there i.e. beach chairs, sand toys, beach umbrella, beach towel, coffee, kitchen fully equipped to cook and to served, bed sheets, bathroom towels. The beds are very comfortable and each room has AC. We use the outside shower everyday! The neighborhood is safe (teenagers went to the beach alone - beach is at 100 feet's) and the beach is beautiful, you can walk for miles! We also bought near by (few streets away) fresh lobsters and great cinnamons buns at the local restaurant (thank you to the owner for leaving these information in the cottage). Overall it was an amazing and fun family vacation!

Perfect little house steps from the beach!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Ferry Beach cottage! The house is super cute and well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing Maine vacation. The beach is just a super quick walk down the block and if you want to go to Old Orchard Beach it’s a quick drive. Very family oriented area but singles would also have a great time, too. The bed in the master bedroom is super comfortable and my son loved having the other bedroom all to himself! The backyard is perfect with a grill and dining area. There’s also cornhole and bocce if you want to play. There are wooden lobster traps in the back that light up at night and it’s so pretty. Kevin was super responsive with any questions or concerns and would definitely recommend him as a host. You can’t go wrong with this beach cottage, it’s perfect!

Quiet Getaway with Lots to Do

The property was clean and well kept with great beach access and on site amenities. Close to Old Orchard Beach if you want to pick up the pace and within a convenient drive to some smaller coastal towns for shopping, dining and sightseeing. All around wonderful place and the owner was accessible for any questions or suggestions.

Beach Haven

I loved the proximity to the beach!!! The gas fire pit on the back deck was mesmerizing and sitting by it made the perfect ending to the day. I would recommend this cottage to friends.

Family vacation

Great week with me and my two girls. Loved the location. The cottage is adorable - very neat and comfortable. We were provided with everything we needed (towels, beach chairs and umbrella). We enjoyed the deck and backyard.

Cute and great location

Very nicely decorated and roomy yard. Easy beach access! We enjoyed the gas fire pit in the table with ambiance of glowing blue glass and all the shells and beach decor. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies and great communication from Kevin the host. Highly recommend!

Exceeded our expectations

The cottage was very clean, organized and plenty of room! Such a short walk to the beach and everything was provided that you would need for a beach vacation (chairs, umbrella, cooler). Highly recommend!
