We had an excellent stay. Our hosts and the property were both great and the cottage is right by the beach and close enough to the OOB pier area for quick access but far enough away for peace and quiet.

Loved our visit. The location is next to beach and not too long of walk from the pier. The place was clean and parking smooth for us. Would definitely want to stay here again.

You are not gonna find a better location on the beach, inOOB. Host was incredible, communication was flawless. Plenty of seating for all in living room and kitchen. Washer and dryer on site so you can pack light!! Owner pulled some strings and got us the gas grill after season, also gave us a generous late check out. Kitchen has all your basic needs, beds are super comfortable. Only one bad thing, we had to leave I can honestly say this has been my best vrbo host experience, Lena gets 10

You cant beat the view from the living room and the easy private access to the beach. Very quiet area. The house is huge. Living room is spacious. Was able to go outside with my 16 month old and not have to worry about cars all over the side road. Easy beach access that is private so you dont have to worry about others going by. Owners are friendly and even gave my son some gifts.

Beautiful beach views and direct access- we loved the beauty of the beach in winter and walking on the beach anytime we wanted, just outside our door. Lena was a gracious host and very communicative. What a wonderful place for our family gathering’.

We would definitely stay here again. We liked the off street guaranteed parking, the private walkway to the beach, and inside, on the second floor, the view of the sun rising over the ocean and the early birds walking on the beach. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was adequate for us--and we cooked inside a lot!

Cottage was great place to stay. Convenient location to restaurants etc in OOB. Good base for outings both north and south. Communication with host (Lena) was excellent. Access to beach was very short walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Right by the beach

This spot was great for me and my family. Steps away from a quieter park of OOB beach and close enough to shops restaurants and downtown.

Great Beachfront Home!

This property is absolutely amazing! It is a 10-15 minute walk to the pier, and you can see the water from the deck and one bedroom. The space was clean and had everything you need. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a beach stay.

First of all, you won't find a nicer, more attentive host than Lena anywhere. Her 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage, aptly named "Serenity", is welcoming, super-clean, with lovely oceanfront views and a private, short path to the beach. My family loved the balcony and patio- and the quiet location. We'll definitely be back next summer!

Perfect place for my blended family. Rooms and beds for us all. Little private walkway to the beach gave us direct access and we had the beach to ourselves. The cottage provided everything we needed to make our own meals. The host was attentive and accommodating. DVD players and DVD movies provided gave us parents a bit of nostalgia we will definitely be back

Best vacation ever

The location is great and the host was amazing. Very attentive to details but never intrusive. The rental unit was very clean and had everything you would have at home. A short walk to the pier and then you can retreat back to a quieter, more relaxed area. Would definitely rent this again.

Great vacation home!

From the welcome by the owner, to the wonderful surprise gift waiting inside, I was very happy with this rental. It was spacious, clean, and the location is terrific. There were so many personal touches that made the vacation very pleasant and enjoyable. Everything you needed was already there! I would not hesitate to rent this cottage again. Thanks again to the owner for a wonderful vacation!!

A perfect location to enjoy Old Orchard Beach

If you are looking for a great mix of a quiet beach within walking distance to the Pier and action this is the place to stay. We had plenty of room for our group of 10 and Lena went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The beach is just a few hundred feet away and was by far one of the best locations in the area. The kids also really enjoyed the quick walk to all the amusements and fun OOB has to offer. We really enjoyed this house and highly recommended it to anyone looking to enjoy Old Orchard Beach.

PERFECT VACATION PLACE!!

The absolute best Old Orchard Beach place to stay by far! The house was perfect for us. It was very clean and comfy, well equipped, spacious and had the most comfortable beds. Beach location is undeniably ideal and wonderful, only a short walking distance (less than a minute to get to the beach), not to crowded and very family oriented. We also couldn't have asked for a better hostess, so welcoming, attentive and accommodating. There's no doubt we will be back!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Sandra B. & Family

Amazing location with terrific owners!

Upon arrival we were greeted with a basket of delicious goodies and a gift for the children. The home was immaculate and spacious as advertised. We have visited OOB for many years and always struggle with finding a place that is accomodating to our rather large family. We had an amazing week with our families renting both Properties and have found a place we can return to year after year. Thanks so much!! See you in 2108!! 😊

Great property with outstanding view and beach

Our first vacation of summer 2015- Just couple of words to describe it Excellentic Fantabulous Loved everything from the house, the view of altantic & beautiful soft and white sand on the beach! House was very clean, pictures on VRBO does not make any justice to the actual place. Our young kids had tremendous fun on the beach, they could just walk to beach on their own never to be worried about cars crossing. Warmth and coziness of the house and owner made this homely experience. Thank you very much for this experience – never to be forgotten We will be BACK!! I would strongly recommend to stay in this house

Magic vacation spot, loved it

We could not have picked a more amazing place to spend our family vacation! Everything was absolutely perfect-the weather was fantastic, the ocean was refreshing, like I have never seen it here in Maine before . I think global warming is making the ocean warmer..The location and the house deserve a 5 star rating. I enjoyed walking the beach and loved the peacefulness of this location . This spot was still close enough to walk to all the restaurants and rides for the grandkids. My whole family adored this beach cottage and can't say enough great things about the beautiful beach and the location. It was a highlight to watch the sunsets from the front balcony and the kids watched the Thursday night fireworks from the beach I highly recommend this beach home. It has it all.

Truly a 5 star stay!!

Truly a 5 star stay!! This was our second time spending our family beach vacation at this home and it was again amazing! The home was clean and welcoming when we arrived. It is so nice to find a home that we could all enjoy meals together at the same table (there were 9 of us) and a living area that we could all relax in. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. The balcony with ocean view is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The beach was great! Soft sand and level beach with plenty of area to sit, even on a busy day. The beach is great for a run in the morning!! The house is a great distance from the pier, we walked there every night...nice to walk back on the beach, too. The owner was so very kind and gracious during our stay:))
