Spend your days outdoors in the spacious yard-grilling, dining, or relaxing by the fire pit. Watch a game on the outdoor TV, rinse off in the outdoor shower after a sun drenched day at the beach, or gather for stories and s'mores around the fire.



Inside, this modern designer home welcomes you with vaulted ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen, two stylish bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space that blends comfort and coastal charm.



Whether you’re here for Fourth of July fireworks at the beach, cozy Christmas Prelude weekends, a romantic getaway for Valentine's Day, or for a peaceful Autumn or Spring escape, Drift & Dwell Cottage offers the perfect blend of warmth, design, and seaside relaxation - all year round.

Darling house

The house is even better in person! A 5 minute drive to Kennebunkport’s charming downtown. Beds were super comfortable and the decor was lovely. Sitting out on the patio with the trees behind the house was very relaxing. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

Loved our stay!

Very clean home and amazing location. Quiet even though it's on a main ave. Only one mile to Mother's Beach. A less than 5 minute drive to Kennebunkport shops and restaurants. The home has all of the amenities you might need to make your stay most comfortable (beach equipment, outdoor shower, W&D, grill/cooking equipment). Hosts were very proactive and responsive with giving helpful info re: home entry and instructions. Check in and Check out instructions were very clear and simple.

Perfect weekend getaway

We had such a great stay! The house had a fun, relaxed beach-house feel and was such an easy place to settle into and enjoy. The house also felt brand new and modern- it was incredibly clean, thoughtfully stocked, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location was ideal—close to the beach and just a short trip into town, so we felt like we had the best of both. Communication was great and everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. Such a comfortable, happy spot for a beach getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again!

The perfect place!

We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable cottage in Kennebunk! The cottage is newly built and was absolutely beautiful, cozy, and exceptionally clean. It was stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect—quiet and relaxing, while still being just a short drive into Kennebunkport and all of the shops, restaurants, and attractions. Jennie from Coastal Vacation Rentals was wonderful to work with. She was incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had and made sure we had all the information we needed both before and throughout our stay. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. We would highly recommend this cottage and Coastal Vacation Rentals and would absolutely stay here again!

Another great vacation

After a long and arduous trip from the UK - thanks to a 24 hour delay on our connection - it was great to arrive at such a clean, comfortable, quiet and well-equipped house. It felt like home from the minute we walked in. We watched the property being built and landscaped during our last two visits to Kennebunk and finally getting to stay in it was a real treat. It’s a picture-perfect little property - and we had to smile at the car that stopped outside to take photographs of the buoy collection on the side wall. Inside, the cottage is much bigger than it appears, thanks to a well-designed open floor plan, with two large French doors on the wall opening up to a spacious deck with a good selection of seating around a fire pit, grill and a dining table and chairs. The furniture is all good quality and in perfect condition, and the beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a rental house. And Coastline are to be applauded for their efficient, friendly and comprehensive customer service.

Wonderful property

Rented this house for family for an extended weekend visit. The house was clean and comfortable, welcoming decor. It's located on a busy street but the noise was minimal. The property manager was very responsive to a couple of requests we had. We will rent it again next time our family visits.
