Overall it is in a great location and had pretty much everything we needed. There were a few things that weren’t so good though. One of the mini split AC’s had an error and couldn’t be reset, there was mold in the kitchen cabinets with some pans still wet and you could smell it when entering the apartment, bathtub drained really slow so you had ankle deep water while showering, and the toilet seat was broken. Great communication by the host. A little disappointed that only 100 was refunded once I mentioned the issues, especially with black mold.

You can't beat the location, directly across the street from the beach and just a very short walk to shops and restaurants.- The condo itself is well appointed and clean, comfortable.- Jason was very easy to communicate with- The price was very reasonable and less than it would have cost us to stay at any of the less personal hotels in CarlsbadWe are definitely planning to stay here again and 10/10 recommend!

Carlsbad Vacation

We were very pleased with the property and its location. It is well maintained, and we had plenty of room to spread out. Being directly across from the beach and withing walking distance to several restaurants and shops made our stay very enjoyable.

Great Location and unit

We have stayed at a number of different places in Carlsbad and this is a prime location. Right on Carlsbad Blvd close to The Village. Walking distance to everywhere, right in front of a crosswalk and stairs down to the beach!

Great property, exactly as pictured and described in listing. Right across from the beach, with crossing right outside the property leading to steps down to the beach. Short walk, approx. 10-15 mins. to downtown Carlsbad with an abundance of fabulous bars and restaurants. All instructions from the owner were very clear and appropriate. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

The best location in Carlsbad in my opinion. Way from the busiest part of the beach. More family friendly. Still within walking distance of downtown. MAJOR plus, Parking! You have you own parking space.
