Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Skyrun management is useless and unprofessional

The unit we stayed in was very nice and location was good. However, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, which was stressful as I needed it to work a few hours during our stay. Skyrun Vacation Rentals were almost useless. They responded to my request but did absolutely nothing to help. The unit also was said to have access to a heated pool and outdoor hot tubs but when we tried to go, there was no access. Again, Skyrun management had noSolutions and didn’t help at all. For future bookings I may avoid their rentals.

Location

The best thing about this unit is the location. Unfortunately, the beds desperately need to be replaced. We had some maintenance issues with the tv and a toilet that wouldn’t flush. Reported the issues but they were never repaired or even addressed. We loved the location of this unit, but would not stay there again.

The location was excellent and close to downtown and the bus stop. The hot tub was also really nice. The unit was clean and functional, but definitely could use some updated. For what we needed it was perfect. The underground garage was also great to have.

Mid Feb Ski Trip

Stayed at the facility for a week of skiing. Unit was clean and comfartable. We just had 2 people staying there so, it was very spacious for us. Could easily accomodate 4-5 people. Smooth check in and check out. Location priovided an easy walk to town. Closer proximity to lifts would have been preferred. However, bus was easily accessible across the street which provides easy acceas to all base areas.

Great location needs attention

The location is great! Walkable to slopes and downtown. The unit is in desperate need of updating and maintenance. The wallpaper is pealing off the wall in the master bath. The cable cords are hanging on the wall in master bedroom and the tv has a 12-15 inch screen. The twin mattresses have toppers on them and the slide off the mattress because the sheets do not properly fit. The box springs are ripped. The bedding is old and dingy in both rooms. The furniture in bedrooms is very old. The kitchen needs to be better stocked with essentials. For example, there are two bowls for serving. The unit was very clean and that is important, however, for the rate that is being charged I expected the basic condition to be better.

Perfect location

Super clean and spacious this place was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go downtown. The beds are super comfortable and we loved the fireplace. We will be back!

Spring Break in Breckenridge

Great location but definitely not ski in/ski out. It was a 5-7 min walk to lift. That usually wouldn’t be a problem but since no one was storing skis, it made it much harder. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.
