You’ll also enjoy access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs just a short walk from the complex. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium condo is a perfect retreat for families or groups of up to 8 people. Stepping into the living room you’re welcomed by a beautiful gas fireplace, huge floor-to-ceiling windows, a curved flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating. There’s a patio off the living room and dining area where you can enjoy cooking on the gas grill while taking in the comforting forest setting. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with seating for three, and the dining table has seating for six more. You’ll love the open feel of the living and dining areas!

Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, central laundry facility access, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Spring break with the whole family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, we were an 8min walk to the QuickSilver lift. The hot tubs were easy to get to and was a nice way to finish the day. We often could walk downtown in 10min to shop and eat downtown.

Spring break

Skiing with the family great place within walking distance of lifts walking distance downtown. The place has all the basic amenities my only negative is the cleaning company they hired didn't clean the bathrooms very well, hopefully, they will have it correct.

Family Trip

Nice property in general. It is not a "ski in ski out" property, at least a 5-10 minute walk to the lift. Easier to get dropped off. Was eager to use the grill but it was fairly disgusting. Be aware that it is on the third floor and was tough moving into and out of with small children.

Great place!

Everything was really nice, it’s perfect for a family of 4. The walk to the lift is just down the street, it is a little far if you have little ones but our teenagers were completely fine with it. 3rd floor steps with the altitude gets us every time but the high ceilings make it worth it! We loved the fireplace and the heated floors, beds were comfy too! Sadly the steam shower wasn’t working and the dryer so all the laundry had to come home. The hot tubs were packed every evening (1 of the 4 was broken); we only made it in 1 day (only because we cut out of the mountain early). We enjoyed walking into town every night. There are so many great restaurants and bars; we loved RMU and Horseshoe the most! All in all we enjoyed the place!

Perfect

we stayed for 3 nights and it was perfect. There was not that much noise and it was hidden away that you didn’t see much traffic. The only thing that could have made it totally perfect was if we were able to use the body spa machine.

Great girls weekend getaway

The unit was lovely and we all slept like a dream in the comfortable beds with blackout curtains. Great open floorplan allows for everyone to hang together even if they are doing their own activities (cooking in the kitchen, puzzling at the table or reading on the couch). Management was so responsive and helpful with every request. We will most certainly be back.

Cozy & Cute

This is absolutely our fave condo to stay! Quiet, clean and cozy. Blackout curtains and shades are always a plus. Communication was amazing! Clean space, and the small things that most won’t notice I did and appreciate. The heated floors were a bonus in the bathrooms! Very spacious and plenty of room for everyone. Can’t wait to come back.

Nice place in Breckenridge.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Convenient location close to some trails and town. Fireplace was nice as it was cold the week we stayed.

Great Stay

The walk to the slopes was a little longer than expected and hotubs are a shared area with other condos, but the place was great for a ski trip get away.

Awesome Location & Stay

We had an amazing stay at this location!! We loved how it was so close to town, It was about a 10 minute walk to Main Street and quicksilver lift! Beds were comfortable and we loved the gas fire place that turns on with the push of a button! Would stay again!

Clean, spacious home. You do need a car to navigate the town, or maybe get a better understanding of the shuttle. Fantastic ski vacation, family of 5.

So cozy

This property was perfect for our 4th of July weekend stay. Within walking distance to town and lots of activities. Easy to find, good parking. Very few amenities (no hand soap, no coffee) but otherwise very lovely!

Great location to everything

Property worked great for our family of three teenagers. Great location to walk to Main Street, the village and the slopes. If walking is an issue there’s a free shuttle right outside the building that takes you to Main Street and Peak 9.

Great condo!

Great place to stay

The condo was perfect, clean and great location to downtown. Has a nice view of the mountains. The big widows let in lots of light, although they do look direct into the next buildings top floor, there are blinds for privacy. The top widows still allow plenty of light when blinds are closed. I would recommend this condo when staying in Breckenridge.

Wonderful and quiet, peaceful location

First time to Breckenridge and we so appreciated this well equipped haven. Wished we could have stayed longer! Beautiful yet functional surroundings in every way. We truly appreciated Summit Rentals getting right on the fireplace issue as it was not working properly. We loved our stay!
