Great vacation stay

Clean and beautiful with a very nice outside space. Great location to the beach. We also liked being able to bike or walk to a couple resturants and a grocery store.

Beach, chairs, towels, and bicycles. Were very convenient and the beautiful hot tub, but the weather did not cooperate and we found nice places to eat.Could use some safety bars in the showers and bathtub.

Had a blast.

Very clean nice place to stay, seconds from the beach walking distance to grocery store, restaurants. Has all the amenities you need. Hosts respond to questions quickly. Would stay there again. Had a great time.

Beach Vacation

The place is all newly remodeled so very clean and comfortable! Just a short walk across the road and your on the beach. The only thing is the hot tub didn't work and they couldn't get repaired during our stay.

Ft. Myers vacation

We had a wonderful time in a very modern, very clean beach home. It was a perfect location. Just a short walk to the beach, a very nice beach, Many restaurants just a short drive away, and a Publix just a short walk away if you need to pick up anything for your stay. Our host was very responsive and very helpful with any questions we had about the property or the area. It also had a great hot tub that we enjoyed during our stayI

This was a wonderful place to stay, very clean and nicer than the pictures show. The fire alarm kept going off the whole time, changed batteries etc... wouldnt stop. probably needs a new one. Not a big deal to me it happens. Highly recommend

Florida Fun!

My girlfriends and I totally enjoyed our 3-day stay at Frank and Mike's condo. It's a cozy and very clean place -- and Mike was ready to help make our stay the best it could be with suggestions of favorite restaurants and many other offerings. The weather was not great -- chilly and a bit rainy. But we managed to take wonderful, long strolls on the beach every day. The location is GREAT! Just across the street from 7 miles of beautiful beach. The island of Fort Myers Beach is still very much in recovery mode from the dramatic devastation left by Hurricane Ian in 9/22. We felt good to be part of the rehabilitation! It's a great place--

All the perks, but away from the crowd.

Very charming bottom floor apartment style home. It was truly everything that the ad said it was. Mike and Frank allowed us a early check in, which was very accommodating. The beach is literally just across the street, and is private and beautiful. I would have given this property a 5 star, except the hot tub had broken down and the dryer wasn't working. However the owners were very responsive and had the appropriate mechanical people lined up to fix these issues as soon as we checked out. The owners were so friendly, and offered us a deal on a future stay if we wanted to come back. We are planning to make this our pre-Christmas tradition every year. THANK YOU Mike and frank for the great accommodations.

We just installed a brand new Samsung washer/dryer in the unit and installed a brand new Jacuzzi with a really cool gazebo over the Jacuzzi. I'm excited for you guys to see the newest updates

Disappointed

The hot tub was broken and not communicated to us until we got there, as well as the fire table. Someone did come try and fix the table but we couldn’t get it to work. With having to spend evenings out spending money and not in the hot tub we requested a partial refund and the host dodged it or just sent an automatic message. A little disappointing, since we wouldn’t have booked this if it weren’t for the hot tub. It was clean, washer and dryer were nice.

This is a great location property with so kind hosters. Very clean and quiet town even in summer's hollydays. Absolutely recomended for a relaxed beach runaway.

Was very clean with easy check in/out. Great location, responsive hosts, loved having bikes and beach chairs available for use! Thank you so much and hopefully we will return again with buddies next time :)

Close to beach!

The condo was a great location to the beach and the jacuzzi was a nice addition! Would recommend renting bikes or a golf cart for week to easily navigate around island! Having the Publix right next store was great! 8 is a tight fight but the kids loved the sleepover feel!

Place is really nice and has plenty of room. Beach is right across the street.

We booked this place just on the pictures in the listing. The pictures don’t do it justice. Place is super clean and has plenty of room. We had 6 people stay on the trip. We had plenty of room for everyone. Has a nice backyard with tables and grill. Beach is literally right across the street.

Phenomenal

I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It was clean, comfortable, close to the beach, close to the grocery store, etc. We absolutely loved our stay there. There are all accommodations that you can think of. Didn’t go home with any dirty laundry at all. The hot tub was a nightly thing for our group and we all slept so well because of it. The backyard patio was shaded and there are charcoal grills and lots of shade. We would go back for sure and hope to. Frank was awesome and very quick to respond when we had questions. You will not regret your stay here. Enjoy enjoy enjoy. The beach is literally a 30-60 second walk. Loved it.

Wonderful place to get Away

This rental is the perfect place for a small family to get away. It has all the perks that you would want when renting a beach house. It's so close to the beach just across the road. Will definitely be back!
