As seen in Coastal Living Magazine, this is a quintessential, beachfront home on desirable Bean Point with with direct access to Bean Point Beach. You will enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from your two balconies. The house has a charming, cottage-style decor with an open floor plan. The living level has a full size, modern kitchen, a dining area, a half bath and a great room that opens up to a generous balcony for enjoying the breath-taking sunsets over the Gulf. Halcyon, which means calm, peaceful, and tranquil, is exactly how you will feel during your stay at my house.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, there are exterior security cameras that record both audio and video.

Great beach house. We had everything we needed for a great stay. Great view of the Gulf and on the beach. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! The beach location couldn't have been better, and the views from the back porch were the perfect spot to watch the sunset each evening. The house was stocked with everything we needed, from beach chairs, bikes, and beach towels to all the little extras that made our stay easy and relaxing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home was perfect for our family vacation. Highly recommend!

Perfect location on the beach. Lots of beach toys and equipment provided even a charcoal grill. Kelly is great to work with, very responsive. 3rd time staying here and will do again.

My family had a wonderful experience staying at Halcyon House. The house was very clean, beautiful, charming and comfortable in every way. We were steps from the beach and the sunsets from either the beach or the balconies were amazing. Kelly was a responsive host. We can't wait to come back next year.

The property is amazing, very clean, and has everything we need. The beach is great, and very close to the house so it was very convenient. The views from the house are breathtaking. Kelly was a wonderful host. I would definitely repeat it again.

Beautiful home with everything you need and steps away from the beach. We spent a very relaxing Mother’s Day weekend and we did not want to leave. We will be coming back. Everything was perfect. Thank you Kelly .

Halcyon House is the perfect beach house for having the best beach experience. The location at Bean Point is great. March sunsets were incredible straight out from the condo. Every night was a new portrait!Kelly is great to work with and very responsive.Plan to be back!!

The host was very responsive and the home was beautiful. We loved the beachfront location and the sunsets from the deck were spectacular! Beds and pillows were also quite comfortable.

What a magical place! I will forever dream of those views! We called the path leading to the beach, the path to the heavens! The house has a very tasteful coastal comfortable feel, with lots of seating, comfortable beds and lovely art all over. Honestly, you will adore this place and need to return!! We loved it!

I’m picky on cleanliness and was very happy with this house. Easy walk to the beach with kids and we loved riding a golf cart around town. FYI-The house next door is under construction and one a few houses down. We were there mostly during the weekend and during the day weren’t at the house much so it wasn’t a big deal for us. The mornings and evening were quiet.

Beautiful setting. Main living area with terrific views. Seating very comfortable. Large dining table. Outdoor decks are roomy. Lots of passersby using public beach access through the back of the property but didn’t bother us as people watching was fun and folks very friendly. We had an issue with a leaking shower but our property manager Kelly offered to get it addressed right away. Big garage with bikes and lots of floats and beach gear easily accessible. Beach here was stunning

This year was my ninth February spent at Halcyon House, a destination that has begun to feel like "coming home." The house has been beautifully maintained, and Kelly is consistently the ultimate host: available, responsive, and attuned to details that have made me sorry to leave and eager to return. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, the linens (sheets and towels) pristine, and the heating/cooling system state of the art. And the views--always spectacular. I'm looking forward to year ten!

I first sunk my toes into the soft AMI sand in 2013 and immediately knew this is where I was meant to be. The following year, I purchased my beach house overlooking the Gulf on beautiful Bean Point (Halcyon House.) While I enjoy making memories at my house with family and friends, it also brings be great joy opening it up to others to enjoy. In 2019 I decided to make the island my permanent home.

My house is on the desirable north end of the 7 mile island within walking distance of Anna Maria's unique shops and numerous restaurants. It is a quiet, residential area on what I believe is the most beautiful beach in the world.
