Wife and l loved this charming place. It's cozy, but everything is perfect, location is great, back yard and pool sparkle and the landlord took great care of us.

A beautiful quiet spot within walking distance to South Hampton. Curated vintage items including the fun dishware, ample natural light and cozy furniture made my stay an elevated charming experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was extremely clean, plenty of storage for our items, had all the needed amenities not noted: beach chairs, beach towels, tea kettle. The location was exceptional, we walked mostly everywhere. The town area is cute, clean, and has great stores. The pool was clean and we relaxed in the many chairs and umbrellas available. Micheal was so polite, helpful and responsive. Great place and we hope to stay there again.

Went to stay in SouthHamptons and booked in March for my trip in August. The price was much lower than some of the other placed I was concerned. The place was excellent location. The only issue I have was that we were so busy during our stay that we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool or outside of the property. The Host was great and freindly I hope the place is available when I go bock.

We had a wonderful weekend in Southampton. The apartment is beautiful - extremely clean, equipped with everything you need, especially loved the linen bedding. Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, but still there are lots of little vintage touches throughout. The backyard and pool are nothing short of magical, and the view from the deck is amazing. Thank you!

Perfect! Beautiful secluded property within walking distance to village centre. Ideal for a chilled out weekend in the middle of a 2 week business trip! Photos and listing accurate. Host was great! I will be back!

Not only was property beautiful, but the detail in home was so meticulous. In addition the host was so helpful with suggestions as well as very accommodating. He and property are both wonderful. Can't wait to stay again.

Perfect cozy cottage. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Location was 10/10, cottage was spotless and the host was communicative and extremely accommodating. A quick walk or bike ride to the village and beach. Can’t wait to go back!

Weekend in Southampton

Excellent stay all around. Mike was quick to respond. Had everything we needed in the house and on the property. Close to town and rail station. Terrific stay for 1-2 people.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Michael’s property is perfect for a couples stay in Southampton. The property is a quick walk from Main Street Southampton and its cafes, shops and restaurants and only one mile from the beach. You have access to bicycles to make getting around even easier and the house is stocked with everything you would need for a weekend stay. We really enjoyed our time here!

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway for two. Bikes on property that can be used to head to the beach or town. Clean and well maintained. Easy communication with owner. We would gladly stay again.

Lovely cottage in great location!

Michael's cottage was incredibly well-appointed. The location to Southampton, Coopers Beach and neighboring townships made this very convenient for my trip. The true star of this cottage is the upstairs deck which was perfect for relaxing and stargazing. I will certainly return next summer.

Mike's place was excellent! The property was gorgeous and well-kept, the pool was the perfect temperature, and we had everything we needed. Mike even offered us a tandem bike and great recommendations for more secluded beaches and local spots around. Location is perfect. We'll definitely be coming back!

This is our second time staying at Mike’s property. He is an excellent host, very quick to respond. The space is well appointed with everything you’ll need and in an excellent part of town. Walking distance to Main Street and close to beaches. We inadvertently left the key in the home and locked ourselves out; Mike was quick to resolve for us! Terrific stay. Will be back.

Mike was a gracious host and answered our questions honestly and thoroughly prior to our stay. The location was charming and cozy. Mike provided us with everything that we needed to ensure the Thanksgiving of solitude that we were looking for. Though space is limited, the upscale furnishings and furniture placement allow for a comfortable experience. It should be noted that this space will not accommodate more than 2 people comfortably. If you are a couple in search of a quiet extended weekend near the heart of Southampton, look no further
