Found in the famous Sea Pines Resort, 143 Harbourwood is a two-bedroom villa on the #1 fairway of Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage! This 2-bedroom villa lies 1 mile away from Harbour Town, full of shops, restaurants, and entertainment for guests of all ages. Guests can have their toes in the sand within a short, 10-minute drive to beach access within Sea Pines!

The single-level villa entryway welcomes guests into the open floorplan of the gathering areas. The dining area is set to serve six guests for a meal. The living room is furnished with a sofa, chair, and oversized chair. The flat screen television is found in the armoire. The Carolina Room off the living room is furnished with a sofa, as well as an additional dining table set for four.

The master bedroom incorporates a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, furnished with a walk-in shower and large vanity. The sliding door leads to the private patio area. The guest bedroom contains two double beds and a sliding door leading to the front yard. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and full vanity.

The back patio, accessed from the living room, provides seating for four around the table, with two additional Adirondack chairs and two patio chairs for guests to enjoy the fresh air and golf course view. Guests can also utilize the propane grill, equipped with grilling tools and essentials.

*This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle. 2 car passes are included with your reservation.

Wonderful property

Very clean unit in a beautiful location right on the 1st hole of Harbourtown golf course. We sat outside several times a day just basking and relaxing enjoying the landscape. It helped that the weather was perfect - sunny with a breeze. Just a short walk to Harbourtown. We drove to the Beach club. Check-in was easy and the host company was courteous and responsive. Unit well equipped including beach towels! Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome location no doubt. Personally it wasn’t what we were looking for our stay, the place was dark even with the lights on and was a tad outdated compared to other locations in Sea Pines.

Harbourwood Villa

Great 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa located on 1st hole of Harbourtown Golf Links. Enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the golfers play thru. Walking distance to Harbourtown.

Week stay at SeaPines

Enjoyed every minute. Only issue was the cleaning people outside, waiting to get in. Checkout was 10:00AM, which we were almost completely done. While doing last run through of the house, making sure we didn’t forget anything, the cleaning crew came in and got to work. This was 10:05! Pretty uncomfortable situation having them in the house, with a young kid. Overall, beautiful condo and had a great time! -Mike

Lovely Harbour Town Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Harbour Town villa. Located near the 1st green of the famed Harbour Town golf course, it is in a fantastic location near the clubhouse, bike trails, beach and restaurants. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our week at Sea Pines.

#1 Harbour Town

I will say that this property is perfect in terms of convenience to the Harbour Town golf course/ club house, and a short distance from the Harbour area itself. Location was perfect. We did find the mattresses to be somewhat uncomfortable, and the quality of the pillows lacking. There was also a small problem with ants in the kitchen. The A/C was on point. Overall our stay was great aside from the minor issues mentioned.

What a wonderful weekend! The villa was clean and convenient to all Sea Pines has to offer. The view of the golf course was fantastic as well!! We will definitely stay in this villa again!

Nice stay

Minor issues. Sliding glass door in MBR was being fixed. Several lights in the kitchen didn’t work. Master bath showerhead spray was painful.

Our second time staying at this property. Such a nice home with updates from year prior!

Terrific property. Great location walk to Harbourtown and and bike ride to beach. Walk to shops at Sea Pines. You can even ride to Salty Dog. Love outside area and watching golf. House is so comfortable feels like home. Probably why we have stayed two years in a row!

We love Sea Pines year-round!

The villa was just as lovely as the pictures indicated. The location was excellent and the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware and appliances. The air conditioning was on point! Both bathrooms had been renovated with new rain showers with amazing water pressure. Living room furniture was very comfortable. All in all, we enjoyed an excellent stay. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Great vacation villa!

We had a wonderful time. The villa was in a great location and served our needs quite well. Only a couple of things that were confusing. On the VRBO listing, it said pets allowed, but when I read the note once we got there, it said that they were not. We were very close to bringing our dog, but am glad we did not. We have been to Sea Pines numerous times, and use the Beach Club access. I think that it needs to be more clearly stated the policy of admission if reservation not made through Sea Pines. The fact that there is no access for parking from 8:00-3:00 unless you are one of the first 50 cars. This is the first time we experienced that. We last came in 2019, so it may be a new policy, but I think it is important to let renters know. Overall, we had a GREAT TIME and the villa was wonderful !

Great family vacation spot!

Hilton Head is a perfect family getaway and this location certainly set the tone for memorable moments. Situated on #1 hole tucked in along the greens, this condo included all the things you need when you're away from home. Absolutely rent bikes and enjoy all the bike trails. This location is close to everything you will need and just a quick bike ride away. Loved our stay.

Exactly as advertised - Perfect week

This was our third time at Hilton Head and our second stay in Sea Pines. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The property is very well stock with kitchen items so all you need is groceries. The furniture was very nice and comfortable. The beds were great, could have used a few more pillows though. We would definitely stay here again.
