Make vacation memories at the elite Sea Pines Resort of Hilton Head. This home was renovated in 2022 to include 2 master suites with private baths, Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring throughout home, and an open floor plan for your family to relax and enjoy. Brand new furniture throughout. There are 2 master bedrooms, and each have king beds with private on-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a bath across the hall. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances and it open to the dining and living area of the home. Enjoy the coffee bar for your morning cup of java and sit out on the screened porch in the private garden backyard. The King Master Bed has a brand new Tempur-Pedic mattress and a private seating area with French doors leading to the back patio. The back garden patio features a walk-in non-heated pool with a heated jacuzzi in the evenings 6-10. Pool is not heated and the jacuzzi is set up to run automatically from 6-10 every day. Perfect location in Sea Pines close to Harbour Town, Heritage Golf Course, and South Beach. Hop on your bike and get on the bike trail right behind this home. Bike to the beach or Salty Dog Marina restaurants or play golf on one of the 3 golf courses in Sea Pines. No pets are permitted in this home.

Great Location

Love the open house and great location . Could use a few updates - the couch is very uncomfortable and the 2nd bedroom mattress is old. Master mattress is fabulous! The hot tub is our favorite!

Second time through

We previously stayed at this property in October of 2024, and ran it back after Christmas through New Year's.We love everything about this place - excellent location with bike trail along the back, large covered parking area for car and five bikes, open floor plan family space, and porch, hugely comfortable beds, hot tub from 8-11 every night,We've traveled to HHI many times as a family for years now, but this place is our first time as a repeat, and I expect we will keep coming back here as long as Mary and Oceanside will have us -

Fantastic!

We have family that lives in Bluffton and have stayed on the island many times. This was perfect! Having our own pool and hot tub was definitely a step above. The property management team was 10 stars! Thanks so much and we will be back

Worth staying at again!

Many vacations to HHI, first time staying closer to South Beach; property ideally located next to bike path, easy reach to Harbor Town, Sea Pines Beach, Tower Beach, all of which we rode to multiples times during our week long stay here. Kids absolutely loved the pool and the hot tub, which ran from 6-10 pm every night. Fantastic living room setup to watch ALCS and NLCS baseball every night. Ample space for family of 5, excellent porch; we've stayed in multiple different properties (eight trips to HHI last five years) but based on my wife's feelings about it, this will likely be our first "repeat" vacation stay base in Hilton Head - i.e., we will search this specific listing out for next trip here.

Lovely getaway

We enjoyed our time at this lovely home. The setting is quiet and relaxing. The house clean, well equipped and nicely laid out. The location is very nice, an easy bike ride to the beach, Harbour Town and the Forest Preserve.

Nice property in a convenient location. 0.4 miles to beach on bike path directly behind the house. Minutes from the Sea Pines golf courses. Had a great stay.

Better than the pictures!

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked into our rental that it was even better than the pictures. We loved the proximity to bike paths and how easy it was to get bikes delivered for our week in Sea Pines. Everything was seamless, and we had a wonderful stay.

A SeaPines Gem!

We loved this house, it was perfect for our family. The pool was great, and we loved how the backyard connects to the biking trails. The beach & harbour town was an easy bike ride away. We hope to make this our regular HH house!

Relaxing with the family

The property is nicely located and a good starting point to explore the Sea pines resort and close by beach. Well maintained property, a bit dark inside as a result of the surrounding trees. Except the coffee machine that was not cleaned very well there are no remarks. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We loved this house! It was so clean and the kitchen was great! Getting the hot tub going was a bit of an issue and the tv was hard to figure out! But Chris helped . It took about 10 days to get the hot tub hot! Penny

Beautiful home and wonderful location

We loved the location of this property and all of the amenities so much that we are already planning another stay at this same property. It is well equipped with kitchen appliances and other gear. The layout of the house worked out very well for us and the location was great. There were two issues that the property management says have been rectified (we asked before booking our upcoming stay—they were small enough issues that it didn’t keep us from wanting to stay here again). Overall this was one of our favorite vacations and we are already looking forward to the next one!

Lovely Home in Sea Pines

We had a wonderful week in the home. We went with my parents and two children. We had the perfect amount of space for everyone and enjoyed the pool and backyard. The location is also great and we were able to take the trolley right to the beach! The only problems we occurred during the trip were due to the cleaning staff leaving the door open upon our arrival. There were several bugs that entered the home and overall it wasn’t as clean as we expected. However, the hosts were very responsive and apologetic and we were able to resolve our issues quickly.

Anniversary Couples

Our stay was great for two or three couples. We had two couples and it was perfect. Plenty of room, kitchen fully stocked pool was nice, grill worked well, washer & dryer was very handy. Great location to everything at Sea Pines. I recommend renting bikes or bringing your own. Could bike to the beaches, around the community and to the marinas. If I had any advice to give, it would be to clean the filters in the pool because it is surrounded by trees and plants, I would probably clean the grill for the next group, and maybe hose down the back patio but that’s just me.

SEA PINES trip

Hot tub was not available at our convenience. Access to beach very inconvenient with no admission to beach club between 9:45 and 3 pm. We had to skim the pool everyday for leaves as well. The house and amenities were fine. I did not like having to pick up gate passes downtown. These should be mailed out for convenience.

Return to HHI 2023

After many years, we returned to HHI with our grandchildren!! Still the best family vacation spot!! The house was setup nicely with a split bedroom layout and the location was PERFECT to bike to South Beach or Harbour Town! Beds were comfy, showers had good pressure & lots of hot water. Kitchen needs some type of storage containers (i.e.- Rubbermaid or Ziploc plastic) to storage food. Usually some items remain from previous guests (i.e.- plastic wrap, foil, salt & pepper, PAM) as we left ours, but be prepared to purchase all of these items! Pool is great layout with large steps for the little ones, but is 90% shaded all day, so cold. Maybe trim just a branch or two over the pool which would give some sun and cut down on the debris in the pool. Backyard is "natural", but could use some attention, as it's starting to just look overgrown. Gas grill was a plus!!

Nice Home, Nice Area, but Needs Deep Cleaning

Overall, this home is a nice home. It needs a few updates and a deep scrubbing. The layout is nice. There are three BRs and three BAs. This is good for families that have larger groups. The furniture is nice, but there are a few pieces that need updating. The couch is a bit worn as well as the mattress in the bedroom off from the living room. In fact, I didn't get much sleep because of this and a few other things. The house located in a nice area, but the vegetation has made it a haven for spiders and bugs too. There is an issue with cellar spiders, so much so that the nest every few inches up under the eve of the home. The bedrooms had them too. This is caused due to not knocking down the webs and getting rid of the nest. The pool itself was nice, but again--too many trees and overgrown landscape caused the mosquitoes to be a bit much. We couldn't even use it. I spent weeks looking for a property with a great pool, which this one has, but it didn't do us any good. The back screened in porch is nice, but the locks were broken on the two back doors. I should have called, but I was told the house was inspected. I found that the blanket on the bed wasn't that clean so I had planned on washing it the first night. When I opened the washer, there were three loads of sheets and towels stuffed full. It took me three dryer loads to dry everything. Just be aware that this is how the property was cleaned. This is not what you want to find on day 1.
