**Charming Mid-Century Pool Home!** **NEWLY REMODELED!** Newly remodeled home with upgraded Flooring, Kitchen, and Living Room!!! Recently upgraded bedroom furniture!!

Located out of the way in a quiet cul-de-sac, this charming home is a fully furnished 2-Bed, 2-Bath home with a spacious open living area, fully stocked kitchen, and brand new towels and linens. The large fully fenced yard has a private pool & spa as well as a spacious covered patio with propane grill. The neighborhood area is great for bicycling, walking, and running.

Premium Cable and Wi-Fi throughout home. Master Bedroom has a King Bed; and second bedroom has a Queen Bed. Laundry room is in separate area with a full-size washer and dryer.

For all of you golfers, in addition to the many championship golf courses located throughout the Coachella Valley, this home is located within a Country Club offering pay as you play golf at very reasonable rates. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home to the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament, is a quick 10 minutes walk. In addition, entertainment venues, restaurants, and world class shopping on El Paseo are all close by.

Please note: This is our home! We are out-of-state on business and do not want the home to remain empty. It is our hope that you use and enjoy the home as if it were your own.

Wonderful home away from home!

This home is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The house is set-up and equipped for an extended stay of a month or more. My husband and I very much enjoyed the heated pool and spa. Marta, the owner is fantastic, easy to contact and responsive. Marta clearly has taken steps to make her people staying feel comfortable. The bed in the master has a newer mattress and is very comfortable, albeit a softer mattress versus firm. Nice backyard for our two dogs. Be aware that Palm Desert itself has fire ants and there were some here but again Marta was incredibly responsive and steps were taken to minimize the situation. The home has very very nice appliances.Overall, we were so happy here and will definitely be back.

Lovely and peaceful

We very much enjoyed our stay. Very private, very quiet, lovely gardens. We were entertained by a brood of hummingbirds on the bottle-brush tree. Marta is an excellent host. We'd love to return.

Disappointed

The listing of the condo listed hot tube and pool .she knows and admitted the system doesn't work right and needs replacing .we talked to her the 3rd day about the water leaking under the sink and were asked to put a pot under it because the plumber isnt open yet ,when we left 25 days later the pot was still there and we were dumping it .we also phoneed her about the filter for water from the fridge needed changed she also said she would get it changed and 7 days later not fixed .2 out of 3 propane tanks were empty .at the end she said to have a safe drive home and was sorry the problems we had ,i dont think she cares about the renters .very disappointed and think we should be compensated for these experiences

Wonderful one month stay in Palm Desert !

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Marta’s beautiful home. It is centrally located to the area, located on a green space in a quiet culdesac. The house is wonderfully supplied with any amenities we needed, has an amazing back yard complete with pool, spa, deck, BBQ ( which we used on a nightly basis ) and has a fully fenced yard which was important to us as we travel with a small dog. Marta was immediately responsive to any enquiry we had and even the neighbours were very friendly and helpful ! I would highly recommend Marta’s home, we had absolutely no complaints, and are looking at staying again next year but for 2 months next time !! Thanks, Marta, xo

Amazing property

Great home. close to a lot of shops/restaurants/etc... The house is stocked with everything you might need. Great open floor plan. The beds were very good to sleep in. The yard is large which was really important for our dogs. The pool was very welcome during the hot days! Marta was so nice and made sure everything was ok during our stay! I definitely recommend Marta's home for your stay!

Great quiet neighbour hood

Marta was very responsive to all our questions. House is in a small cul de sac with friendly neighbours. Back yard is wonderful we were travelling with a dog and it was perfect to let him out safely. Living area and kitchen remodelled 👍would not hesitate to stay again

Wonderful place to stay!

I’m so pleased with our stay! Marta is a wonderful host and her home is great. Very nice yard with a pool and spa, nice sized bedrooms, very comfortable home to be in. As well, her kindness in allowing us to bring our dogs was so appreciated. We had a fantastic time and are so glad we were able to stay in Marta’s home. Thank you so much, Marta! We will be back!!

Wonderful Stay!

Bright,clean,spacious with a fabulous private back yard. We thoroughly enjoyed our month’s stay in Marta’s home in Palm Desert. It was perfect for us with a great location and a very relaxing back yard with both sun and shade. Our dog loved it. We would definitely book again.

Quite and convenient

Great kitchen, baths from the 50's. King bed was good but the Super thick mattress didn't have a fitted sheet with deep enough pockets to fit. Worried that it would let go and roll us up like a burrito. Great size living area for entertaining. Hosted a super bowl party and with the large curved screen TV it was perfect. Mostly pluses and easy to look past a couple of the deficiencies. Would certainly rent again. Hot tub was great. Didn't use the pool.

Perfect Workcation Home

We spent a month in this getaway. It is a pleasant well-maintained and well thought out home in a quiet neighborhood. Great for a workcation. Marta is an incredibly responsive host and she quickly handles any questions. The backyard is well maintained and the pool was regularly serviced. We used the jacuzzi nightly. We were mildly disappointed that the house is not on a live golf hole - but the landscaping in the backyard is complete and the desert is not actually visible from the back. We walk our dog a lot and the neighbors were friendly. We did not golf the course or go to the Club House. But the Club House is close and has entertainment. There are restaurants, etc. nearby. Thank you, Marta!

What a pleasant surprise Loved the property..quiet neighborhood location..large green space..pool and spa the best. Interior was open and bright, very well appointed. Thanks to owner Marta and the property manager, our needs were more than met.

Backyard is a "Zen" garden

we spent many many hours in the yard with the beautiful Palm tree, grapefruit tree and all of the wonderful flowers. of course the pool and spa were magnificent too! wonderful hosts, with speedy replies with any questions we had. thank you for a terrific stay.
