Newly renovated waterfront 4 BR 3 Bath home with brand new floors, kitchen and bathrooms. Home is on a large salt water canal leading out to Tampa Bay with a boat dock and boat lift to bring your own boat or rent. Nearby restaurants and beaches. Close proximity to Tampa area beaches. Master BR with King size bed and additional 3 bedrooms with Queen size beds. Large covered Florida room (covered porch) with seating and bar as well as large back yard area. 2 Kayaks and 8 life vests on property. EV charging in garage.

Clean and Comfortable

The property is clean and well equipped. We especially liked the Ninja blender, printer and Kayaks. The lanai is very relaxing & comes with an interesting bar. The mattresses were all firm and comfortable. The big screen TV was nice as well.

A Gem! Excellent all around

Stayed with a few family members in town for a baby shower. The home was the perfect with so much open space and nice size rooms. The shower has great pressure, the kitchen is stocked with all the things you may need. We prepared some dishes for the shower and had no issues cooking in this kitchen. The dock is awesome. My brother fishes and spent most of the free time at the dock. Neighbors and host are very friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Thanks again.

Lovely home

My husband, I, and our adult kids spent the weekend in this beautiful home and had a wonderful time. Instead of sightseeing, we just hung out, played games, used their well appointed kitchen to make a lovely meal on Saturday evening and just had fun together. Sometimes you have to disconnect from the world, and that’s what we did.

Awesome Thanksgiving

We stayed over Thanksgiving and had Thanksgiving dinner at the house. It was such a good experience! The kitchen truly has it all - we figured there is NO WAY there will be a potato peeler or a meat thermometer.. But there absolutely was! Plenty of counter space, a reliable oven and the most gorgeous dining table! The back room was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the lovely views. There was a great breeze through the sliding doors! We truly enjoyed our stay and will keep you all bookmarked for futures stays! .... There

Beautiful View

This property was exacly what they advertised and very spacious and accomodating. It was clean and the patio and outside view was gorgeous. The owner even set someone to reset some appliances that were ready low battery without us even asking or noticing. Excellent customer service. I would stay there again. again.

Nice Month Away

The house was as listed. The location was very nice and close to everything we needed. It was the perfect relaxing spot for my wife and I and our two little dogs. We will return if we can.

GASPARILLA 2024!

Great location, space and dock. The dining area had lots of seating and the furniture was nice and comfy. Beds slept well and Kitchen was nicely equipped. Just be careful if using the lift. Watch your tides. Low tides can be too low to get your boat off.

Beautiful Home and Great Location

Absolutely loved our stay at this house. The location was great and the house was perfect. Kitchen is stocked with every item you would need to cook a gourmet meal (even though we didn't), strong Wifi signal and easy check in and check out process. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Exactly as advertised

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. Everything was super-easy, including check-in and check-out. The house was immaculate and very-well appointed. Enjoyed little details like access to Netflix account and cable TV. Really couldn't have asked for anything more.

Great Place, Wonderful Hosts, You won't regret staying here

We spent a week at this property with our three sons (who were on leave from the Air Force) along with their significant others. We were looking for a homey place to stay where we could reconnect as a family. This property and the hosts provided that and more. Having a clean place to stay is very important to us. The home is clean and well-cared for. Upon arrival there was a beautiful basket waiting for us and thanking our sons for their service. So kind of them to do this for us. Our sons used the kayaks and we spent a lot of time sitting out at the dock looking at the water. A couple of mornings, we spotted dolphins. Neighborhood is quiet and there was not a lot of boat traffic. We will stay here again if we are in town. Highly recommend. The only recommendation that we have for the owners is to have the HVAC checked. It was not really hot outside during our stay and so it was not a big issue for us, but the house did not cool down when we adjusted the thermostat. We were only able to get it to cool to 73/74 degrees and it got stuffy in the bedrooms at night. Overall, a 5 star experience. Thank you!
