Discover comfort & convenience in our cozy corner condo, offering a serene view of the picturesque Pointe Royale golf course right from your patio! Enjoy the ease of a full kitchen, washer & dryer, Keurig, & dining table perfect for meals and board games.

This renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo, featuring a king bed and queen sofa sleeper, plus a queen air mattress, is located in prestigious Pointe Royale Golf Village! Right across the street from the Clubhouse, you can walk to all the amenities and it is nestled right on the golf course.

Pointe Royale is a safe, secure community with a 24/7 manned security guard shack. In addition, the community offers pools, a hot tub, lighted tennis and basketball courts, fitness center, walking trails around the area, access to Lake Taneycomo for swimming or trout fishing, playgrounds, cornhole, outdoor checkers/chess, grill and picnic areas. There is also an 18 hole Championship Golf Course and on-site restaurant. And best of all, our condo is located directly across the parking lot from the Clubhouse, which will put you just steps from many of these great amenities! Our golf course was even recently played by NFL star Tim Tebow!!!

Parking is available for free directly in front of the condo. Uber is available around town. Many pizza places, including the Pointe Royale Grill inside the clubhouse, will deliver right to the door. Table Rock Lake State Park and marina are only 5 miles away. You'll be 3 miles from middle of the 76 strip, 6 miles from Branson Landing, and 6 miles from Silver Dollar City. You'll literally be right in the middle of it all. Perfect location!

Important Notes:
*There is one flight of stairs to access the condo.
*There is no guest boat or trailer parking on the premises at Pointe Royale. Parking is available nearby for a fee.

We really like it..close to everything

Only thing they need to improve add better item Quality,like towels,plus less responsibility on Costomers like we have to wash the towels,plus extra dishes soap ,wi-fi never work incorrect password,we did it need it..plus check out to early am ..I think it will be great if they get fix those details ..

Great Condo!

Great condo and great location. The condo was very clean and close to everything but off of the busy main strip. Great Communication from the host Niki as well. Highly recommend!

Christmas visit

The condo was nice and clean and the neighborhood was beautiful. The location was close enough to downtown to get to anything we needed with out going to far the indoor pool and pool area was open and clean also.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed it. The space was just the right size for us. It was very clean and it appears to have had a recent refresh. The location is pretty good. The development is really nice and felt like a safe place to be. We would highly recommend.

On the golf course

Very clean apartment. Off the strip which we wanted. It is located right on the golf course. It was easy to find and in a gated community which made us feel secure

Great Place

Wonderful location with beautiful scenery. Access to golf course and available amenities. Condo was quiet, clean and had all that was needed. Nice to have a washer and dryer! Host was great to work with.

This property is close to everything to do in Branson! Loved that it was on a golf course and right next to the clubhouse and pool area. Everyone that works there was very nice.
