Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We’re so happy the condo was the perfect size for your getaway and that you, your husband, and Groot felt right at home. We love hearing that the dog-themed décor made your stay feel extra welcoming and recognized how much our pets are part of the family. It’s wonderful to know you enjoyed the cleanliness, décor, and little details throughout the condo. Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful review, and we’ll be excited to welcome all three of you back for another Branson getaway!

Thank you for choosing to stay with us, especially during what sounds like an unexpected and difficult family situation. We’re glad the condo’s great location and comfortable setup gave you a place with everything you needed, even though your stay was cut short. We hope things are settling down for your family, and if your travels bring you back to Branson under happier circumstances, we’d be glad to welcome you again.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We’re so happy you loved Pointe Royale and enjoyed the cute, chic style of the unit. It’s especially great to hear that everything worked well and that the AC kept you comfortable even during those 100-degree days! We’re glad the little welcome touches, with the lights on and soft music playing, made a nice first impression. We love hearing that it stood out from your many other rental experiences. Thank you for staying with us, and we’d be happy to welcome you back for another Branson getaway!

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! I’m so glad you enjoyed the condo and found it beautifully decorated and clean. I also appreciate your feedback regarding the gated community and check-in process. I’m sorry those details were not clearer before your arrival. While the guard gate is there to help maintain the safety and security of the community, I understand how having that information ahead of time would make the arrival process smoother. We’ll review our check-in instructions to make sure future guests are better prepared. Thank you again for your helpful feedback. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay and would be happy to host you again anytime you’re back in Branson!
