Gorgeous unit, great location, no parking

I read past reviews that mentioned problems with washing machine and elevator. I contacted the management company and they indicated that these problems should be addressed before we arrived. They were not. The walk to get to the front door is significant if you have skis, luggage, grocery items etc. The unit is on the 5th floor and the elevator only went to the 4th floor so we had to carry all of our stuff up a flight of stairs. The unit was beautiful - the problems seem to point to the management company and the poor state of the building.

View was great but other things not so much

-Dryer didn’t work -Washer smelled really bad -Garbage disposal didn’t work -Elevator stopped working the last day and we were on the 5th floor -Cable TV didn’t work -one of the initial key fobs didn’t work -light bulbs out -batteries in some remotes didn’t work Location was great as far as the view goes and access to the slopes. Major issue with this booking is that they didn’t inform us that there was no parking by the condo. Their lot apparently collapsed and they didn’t inform us or offer to move us. I had the option to pay $250 for parking within walking distance or use their off site parking which was 8-10 min away. So when we got there it was dark and snowing and they never told us we would have to walk 50+ yards with our stuff to the entrance of the condo through the snow. There was no way to pull up close and unload everything. Again great view and location but manager of the stay, property and overall experience was sub-par.

Great place with easy accessibility to the mountain

Overall, it was a great experience staying here. Fully renovated and modern condo with nice views of and easy accessibility to the mountain. The staff was friendly, responsive and very helpful.

Dated building and unit however, it was clean and functional. This unit is well stocked and maintained.
