Very close to the mountain and the shuttle which picked up almost right outside of the door was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and spacious. The battery on the front door keypad was low, I reached out to maintenance and they were incredibly prompt and kind.

Annual Ski Trip

The condo was perfect for our groups needs. It had nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms, and the free shuttle was very convenient.

This place is super nice, with great amenities and transportation. Shuttle picks you up at the door!

Best part was the responsiveness of the company handling the reservation. The place itself is very nice very well stocked and I would rent there again.

Early Summer Steamboat Visit

Condo has a nice spacious layout. Great opportunity and environment to sit out on the deck. The kitchen and living room furnishings are nice. The bathrooms are updated nicely.

Great place!

Awesome location, so beautiful. The unit was very clean and well equipped. My fav part was the beds though, they were very comfortable.

Great place for 2 families

3 bedrooms and 3 full baths make this condo ideal. The shuttle service is top notch. It comes every15 minutes and on demand in the evenings.

That sounds like a great setup! Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths definitely adds a lot of convenience, especially for larger groups. The shuttle service being so reliable and frequent is also a huge plus—super convenient for getting around. Beautiful property

Stayed here for a long weekend with our kids. We loved this property! The kids spent lots of time on the balcony watching wildlife, and even spotted a few bears. The beds were comfortable, and the space was very clean.

Enjoyed our stay at this warm and well-maintained property, only request is that they purchase new, darkening blinds for bedrooms, from parking, lot lights.

Good location for shuttle to mountain. The walking distances to lifts listed are not accurate. It is a 17-20 minute walk to lifts. The kitchen needs to be restocked of basic cooking needs. We had to purchase our own salt. Some of our guests complained that the showers did not drain well but that is minor. I would stay again for the shuttle convenience

Nice, quiet place to spend a few days with college friends. The unit was spotless and the management company was quickly attentive to a few small maintenance issues.

Family Escape

We booked a four night ski trip to Steamboat and had a fabulous time. Used the short shuttle ride to the resort frequently and never waited more than a few minutes. Perfect getaway for a 3-generation family vacation.

good stay

Good location, shuttle to the ski base was convenient. the apartment was spacious and comfortable, it was in clean condition. unfortunately the heat in the living room was not working, so the living room and upstairs landing got quite cold at night.

Everything was good. The only disappointing thing was the gas fireplace was broken and it was after hours on Friday night that we discovered that it was broken. We didn’t receive any return calls from the property management co during our stay.

Holiday Travels

Stayed in Steamboat with family (4 adults and 4 teenagers) over the holidays. Unit was the perfect size and the open floor plan allowed everyone the space to be comfortable. Walkable to the base but it is very uphill on the way back. Shuttle service was amazing - loop service to and from the mountain and booked a trip to and from dinner one evening. Would highly recommend.

Yampa Valley Success

We really enjoyed our stay here in Yampa Valley for our Ski Trip this past weekend. We got to the unit which was clean, orderly, and had a beautiful view of the Valley. The unit is located nearby the ski lifts, but not walking distance (Or ski in - Ski Out). There is a local shuttle that runs every 15 mins to the lift, and the ski lifts are the first stop! Overall a great unit that fit 8 of us comfortably. For the price you really cannot beat it. Would stay here again!

The property was okay. We basically just slept there. Parking was difficult. Pictures look better than actual. Random furniture, disrepair plumbing. Did the job.
