We came into town for a wedding, and this was a great spot! It was clean, well stocked, and close to everything you could need. Everything was smooth, easy, and overall a great place to stay!

Very much liked the condo. Spacious will all amenities. A little further away from Old Town and groceries than I hoped, but still very well located. We were able to walk to a few nice restaurants. Quiet area. Overall I would come back, thanks!

Nice place and nice neighborhood. Well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay.We did laundry during our stay.It was easy to use the app forThe machines. Kind Hosts and great/prompt communication.

Highly recommend. Condo is just as described. Great location! Just minutes from everything old town. My son loved using the pool at night - just across the courtyard. Very quiet complex. Ample space. Although we did not cook because we were eating at all the restaurants, looks like the kitchen had everything you would need. I would absolutely stay again. And I feel bad — the dishwasher was not finished by the time we needed to check out. Apologies!!

The owner communicated quickly and effectively even before the booking. All questions were answered and addressed immediately . The unit was comfortable , AC worked great ! The condo had everything we needed including backup supplies !!

Beautiful property with plenty of space & it was extremely clean. I will definitely look forward to staying again when I come to the Phoenix area. The property is walking distance to the mall & close to plenty of restaurants & other shops.

This place was amazing. Very clean and they had everything really everything you need or forgot. The pool was clean and close. The mall across the street. I think our 5 days stay we use 1/2 tank of gas. Perfect for what we need. Highly recommended.

Loved everything about this property! Very clean and very well appointed. Close to pool, laundry, restaurants, trails, attractions, yet very quiet neighborhood. One note - the laundry is not IN the unit and does require you to download an app to use the washer and dryer. Otherwise, a wonderful place to stay. Will definitely come back again!

The location was awesome. Directly across from mall and easily walk to Old Town. Tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance or short drive. Property was as described. The area seemed safe to me.

The pool is not far away there was only 1 dish towel & you have to pay for laundry. We were there 4 nights. Beds comfortable, hangers, 2 hairdryers, an bring your own foil/saran wrap. The communication with the owners was excellent!!!

Stay at the condo was great. The only thing I would say is in the listing it would be great to say that it was on the second floor, unless I missed that. The balcony is a great place to sit in the early morning and have a coffee or two. Sitting on the chairs that are there make the back side a little sore after a while. Enjoyed the stay very much and Steve is a great host.
