Excellent location, very close to old town Scottsdale. There’s also a very popular sports bar right across the street. Pool was awesome and the water was surprisingly cool which was perfect during 95 days. I will definitely be returning.

A wonderful place to stay. Perfect size for two people. Neat and cozy. Chris and Cynthia gave excellent how-to directions on everything from parking, how to get there, door lock etc. Prompt with communications. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

The condo was clean and well maintained. The location was also excellent. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but they were also well maintained. The area was quiet and covered parking was easy. The hosts were prompt in responses to any questions, and check out instructions easy to follow. I’d stay again.

We had a couple of questions, and the host got back with us quickly. It was convenient to have a grocery store very close by, and it was an easy walk to all kinds of restaurants. We had no issues with noise at night, even on the weekend, and it made for a relaxing time for us overall. (Also, the unit was stocked with some everyday needs, which is always convenient).

Great location

The property description and photographs are very accurate. This is a great location to access old town, Scottsdale. It does overlook the pool which has the advantage of an open balcony area. However, you do have to expect a lot of pool activity as well as early morning cleaning and pool preparation by the staff. The living room furniture is very comfortable and the laundry is close by for longer stays. The host is super responsive, which is fantastic if issues come up or you just have general questions.

Excellent location!

The condo was nice. The bedroom would sometimes get a little warm, but the additional A/C unit in the BR took care of that minor problem. The host provided all the amenities that we needed, including beach towels for the pool - which was peaceful and well maintained. The best thing about this condo in Old Scottsdale was its location. Restaurants, bars and Sprouts Grocery walking distance across the street; Gainey Ranch and Phoenician golf courses within 12 minutes. Casino Arizona and Talking Stick Casino both within 14 minutes drive. Overall a nice stay.

If you're planning a trip to Scottsdale and you'd like a clean, well-appointed condo that is close to restaurants and bars (and is well-priced), look no further. In a word - awesome. Everything you need: towels (bath and pool), bathroom needs, appliances, coffee, snacks, a television that has a system you can easily control...amazing! And hosts that respond promptly (and help the technically challenged with check in).The grounds and pool area are clean and quiet, free covered parking, the casino is a short rideshare away, walk to the action...if they could only control the AZ heat (I'm sure that Chris and Cynthia have tried). Amazing stay for my wife and I. We'll be back!Thank you,Richard and Delia from Sacramento.

Literally the nicest place i have stayed. It has everything you need and more. Beautifully decorated and furnished to make you feel at home. I loved it so much I didn't want to leave!The hosts were super sweet and communicative the whole time. The pool was lovely and they even provided coffee pods for thr keurig. Highly recommended!

Great Location - Clean & Comfortable

Easy walk to Old Town, grocery store, coffee. Really nice, clean pool/hot tub. Wonderful to open patio doors & hang out on balcony. Best for a couple - would get a bit crowded for more. Would rent here again.

Great family trip to Scottsdale. This was our first VRBO experience and we couldn’t be happier! Great location close to Old Towne and Fashion Square Mall. The owners thought of every detail to make our stay enjoyable! Comfortable beds, great pool view and very clean condo! We will stay there again if we are in the area.

Snow escape

Second time we have rented this condo, and as before it was a great vacation. We love the complex and where it is located in Scottsdale. Walking distance to many restaurants, Old Town and Giants stadium. We will be back! Thank you!
