Home with HEATED year round, pool & spa, pet friendly, will ensure your vacation will be one you will enjoy In beautiful southwest Cape Coral on a large lake with breathtaking view and beautiful landscaping on an over sized lot with lots of privacy. This home features a king owners, bedroom with, Comcast cable, smart TV and direct access to pool lanai. The queen bedroom has private on-suite bathroom also with Comcast cable, smart TV. Third bedroom with twin beds, TV plus, bath.

The home is furnished in modern contemporary style with wide-open kitchen and sliders to the pool area that opens the entire house, up to a great room concept. With open sight lines to be engaged with all your family and friends. For your entertainment the home features a Foosball table, and Comcast cable, smart TV in the family room as well as a Comcast cable, smart TV in the living room where you can relax on the Stress-less recliner. The lanai also has a pool toy box with plenty of toys to enjoy the hot Florida sun in a refreshing pool. If you want to explore the neighborhood, five bicycles are supplied in the garage. What a view

Our family had an amazing time at this lovely villa from May 3 thru May 13. The owners/managers have put so much thought, effort and consideration into the needs and wants of vacationers. From the medicines, sunscreens, bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies, cooking items, spices, grilling supplies, household needs, laundry supplies, outdoor supplies, towels, pillows, blankets down to the kids/pets needs, just endless amount of necessities are provided. The incredible view from the pool deck never got old, the landscaping was gorgeous. The cleanliness and attention to every detail was by far the best VRBO house we've ever stayed at. Overall, it's a 5+ star property. Do yourselves a favor and book this beautiful place. Nurdan, Trina, and extended Family

What a great house!

This is probably the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. It was so nicely decorated, so clean, and so well stocked with staples you would need, it was like being at home but better. I say “better” because it was a beautiful house in a great location, with a great pool and great hot tub. Our host, Sondra, was very communicative - she gave us information on the house and local things to do even before we arrived, check-in was a breeze, and she contacted us during our stay to make sure we were settled in and everything was okay. I would highly recommend!!

Absolutely Amazing!

Sondra & Bob are the best! This was my family’s favorite vacation. Cape Coral is a good time. The beach, fishing charter, jet skis, kayaking, and the food, was all wonderful. And above all, the house is amazing. My wife and I loved it, and we noticed all the small details that made it feel like home. The location was perfect and kayaking off the dock into the canal was a treat! Sondra was very kind, attentive, and informative!

Exceptional property and host

Sondra and Bob could not have created a better experience for us. The home is perfect for family & friends, is exceptionally clean, updated, and very well cared for. From having coffee and cooking extras like spices and oils on site, to lots of clean towels, to the full laundry room, beautiful patio & pool and open layout it is an exceptional experience. Great beds, beautiful views of the lake and an overall exceptional experience. Don't miss an opportunity to book this property. We will be coming back.

Awesome Spring Break

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is more well-stocked than any VRBO we have stayed in before. The location is great… right on the water and quiet, yet easy access to several main roads. Sondra was eager to help with ideas for fun things to do and responded quickly to any questions. We will absolutely be staying here again in the future.

We love coming to Cape Coral. We came to Cape Coral in 2010, for winter vacation and rented a vacation home and continued to do so for years. In 2015 we bought Villa Lake View. We love the big lake view and the privacy of the over size lot, and we think you will too. Summers are very fun with the pool and spa, and covered lanai to hang out with friends and family. We have been happy to hear, of all the great times our guest are having. We know you will too! .

We chose this property because it is in the popular Southwest section of Cape Coral where it is close to shopping, great restaurants and downtown activities. But most of all because of the big, beautiful lake view and the wide open interior space of the home that seamlessly flows to the pool lanai.

When we opened the door and saw the glass walls, with the big lake view and the open and relaxing feel of this home. We knew it was the one! Quiet neighborhood, warm and relaxing pool area. Very private lushly landscaped yard.
