Excellent Choice

The house is beautiful and well kept. Location at the end of a quiet street, but still easy to get to restaurants, grocery store, across the bridge into downtown Fort Myers or towards the coast towards FM Beach / Sanibel Island. Had everything we needed and spent a very comfortable 4 nights here. Would absolutely recommend.

The house is exactly as it shows in the pictures and was super clean. We extended our stay because we were having a great time. Jay is awesome. We will definitely be back.

Great house, great view

This house has a great view of the Caloosahatchee River and mid-point bridge. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The house was also clean and appears to have been updated in the not-too-distant past. The nightly rental fee is a bit pricey and higher than other rental houses in the area, but I suppose there's a premium for the water-front view.

Waterfront Views!

We came in town to see our Florida family and this place was a great home to entertain all of us! We swam in the pool every day, fished right of the dock and enjoyed the beautiful waterfront views. The kitchen/family/dining is an open concept with a lot of counter space and room for all. We had groceries delivered from Instacart, but easy enough to access local groceries and dining. Jay was great and very responsive.

The property itself was perfect, very clean and comfortable . It was secluded but with a view and only a short drive to the hustle/tourist areas. Would highly recommend staying again!

Great house

The house was very clean and tidy, exactly as advertised. The water view was tremendous. Perfect house for our weekend getaway. Jay was super thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommended!

Cape Coral Staycation

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean, organized, and comfortable. The screened pool is a plus when it comes to keeping mosquitoes at bay. It’s a good location and the view is spectacular. Jay is easy to talk talk and responds quickly. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Great house & Million dollar view!!!

The house was super clean, tidy and in a great central location in Cape Coral with everything we needed. Beach chair, beach towels, blender, coffee maker, grill, etc. The huge walk-in showers are die for. Beds are extremely comfortable. The view of the open water is absolutely amazing!!! We will definitely come back!!

Great location

We stay for 4 days. The house was beautiful and within an hour of many beaches. We love sanibel. Any issues that came up were felt with immediately.

Great Location

Great location for fishing, watching the seagulls and dolphins swim while grilling and enjoying the Florida sun. Very relaxing. Beautiful Beaches near. Close to all local grocery stores and restaurants. Our host Jay was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Perfect location

Jay was a great host. Any issues I had he helped fix them. The home is clean, convenient to mid bridge that will take you to i75 which goes to Naples/Marco island or macGregor that takes you to Sanibel island/fort Myers. The house has a pool that overlooks the river and bridges. Perfect for jumping in right when you wake up or hanging out. We had a great time and look forward to staying here again when visiting the area.
