Entire 3 story home in Salt Lake City minutes away from downtown Salt Lake, and Salt Lake International airport. This clean and beautifully renovated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sleeps 6 guests. Bedrooms are accessed by stairs in upper and lower story. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi with Gigabit Internet, 3 car parking, and easy access to ski resorts and freeways. Located across the street from a golf course and a 5-minute walk to the Jordan River Parkway Trail! Home is equipped with washing and drying machine, grill, amazon firestick tv's, game console, private yard space with bonfire pit and outdoor seating, and many great amenities!

This home does NOT allow in any way or form any type of parties.

House is equipped with a Ring doorbell, Ring camera in the backyard, and driveway camera. We respect guest privacy so cameras will be disabled upon guest arrival date. The security system is used for safety purposes during home vacancy. Thank you for understanding!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay. There are many small appliances in the kitchen. Plenty of dishes, spices, etc. for cooking. There are 3 levels. The bedrooms are on the top floor and in the basement. If someone has mobility issues, the stairs may be hard for them. They are quite steep. Our group had no issues, but we are all mobile. Very clean. Comfortable beds. We would stay again. The kids loved the welcome basket treats.

Awesome and Cozy Place to Stay

Dan and Sil were great hosts! They communicated throughout our whole stay and made sure our needs were met! The property was clean, tidy, and packed full of amenities. I would be more than happy to come stay here again!

Cute remodeled house

Adorable remodeled house. Exceptionally clean. Wonderful extras, such as fluffy towels, cozy, blankets, and good backyard with plenty of seating. Three minute drive to the regional athletic complex (youth sports tournament) also close to the airport. You can tell the owners care about this property and the experience of those staying here.

Ideal stay for family

Amazed at the house’s proximity to downtown, the airport, the mountains, grocery shopping. The space was perfect for our young family and the den was fully equipped with things to entertain our toddler. The neighborhood is definitely up and coming, but we felt plenty safe. The house and backyard is nice and tranquil.

Best VRBO we’ve stayed in in a long time!

We were in SLC to visit our son at the U. Such a well done reno of the house! Beds were great, couches were excellent, extra snacks provided were over the top! Loved seeing the squirrel in the back yard! Will definitely try to stay here again!

Great Experience!

While attending a genealogist conference, I chose to stay in a house rather than a hotel. My 2 sisters and a niece were not attending the conference, but wanted to come with me. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood. The location is near the airport, and about a 15 minute drive to downtown. It is extremely clean, decorated nicely, with very comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of blankets if needed. We found the sheets and towels to be of high quality and they were plentiful! The kitchen had great appliances — large and small - and cookware if needed. We were not TV watchers, but they, too, were plentiful with many options. This house has three levels with stairs, so anyone with mobility issues could not stay here. But after sitting so much, the stairs provided some exercise! Communication with the host was fantastic! Quick response whether through the app or by text. Check-in and out was simple. All in all, I highly recommend this property!

Clean and Great Communications

First impressions, just in the door, is how nice the place is. Clean, nice furniture and floors. There was everything in the kitchen we could need for cooking. There were only two of us and we had all of the room in the world. The location ended up being pretty close to downtown, so we spent some time there. I forgot my ski helmet when I left, and the cleaning crew found it and it ended up getting to the owners who sent it to me in the mail. Definately an all around great experience. I would recommend it to a friend. One caution...the water in the kitchen sink is really, really hot. Like scalding, so be careful.

Wedding weekend

Such a fabulous stay for our first time in Utah! We were so impressed by this cute and comfortable home. It had everything we needed and more! Everyone slept well and felt safe while away from home. The homeowners were very helpful and quick to reply to questions. If we ever head back to SLC, I would definitely want to stay here again.

Destination vacation

My mother, sister and oldest daughter used this rental for our lodging when we came to Salt Lake for our destination vacation. The home was perfect, providing us with easy access to all of the sights we wanted to see, 4 separate sleeping spaces (as we all preferred our own bed and private space), a quiet neighborhood and a much-appreciated attention to detail. We would stay again!

Perfect spot for long weekend

5 of us stayed at this property and it was comfy, clean and had everything we needed. Loved the extra touch of the gift basket, shampoos, hair dryer etc. Loved that all TCs had Utube, Hulu and Netflix!! All beds were very comfortable and check out procedures were clear and easy. Overall 10/10 would recommend and did recommend to another family member to stay there.

Upper levels nice, basement average

I give this home an average rating. The home had many nice touches and supplies such as a stocked kitchen, Wifi, Wii games, board games, a piano, fire pit, etc. The upstairs bedrooms and main floor were very nice and clean. I stayed in the basement; it was very dusty and dark, and the walls and brown carpet seemed like they had not been cleaned in a long time. If you have asthma stay upstairs. The photos of the downstairs bedrooms were deceiving because they pushed the bed up against the dresser in one of the photos. If you only need two bedrooms, I highly recommend this place.
