Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this beautiful fully furnished four bedroom and three bathroom house. The location is 5 minutes to the University campus, University hospital and Huntsman Cancer Center. 10 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City and just 30 minutes to 6 different ski resorts, 20 minutes from the airport. There is a large park across the street and neighborhood market and restaurants within walking distance. The home includes two family rooms an amazing kitchen and large covered patio with gas grill.

Comfortable Family House in Quiet Neighborhood

We had a wonderful family reunion in SLC, with several of us staying at the property. Very comfortable for us and in a nice, quiet neighborhood (with excellent coffee shop 5 min walk away).

Wonderful home for family vacation

We enjoyed the peace and comfort of this beautiful home! So cozy and relaxing, with lots of amenities and a lovely kitchen. Plenty of room for folks to spread out. Lovely neighborhood - everything is walkable! Groceries, park, restaurants, coffee shops. We had a great time with our large family.

Wonderful home, Great stay!

The home accommodated our family of 8 needs during the stay, very comfortable! Upstairs area was beautiful. Great outdoor living space, amazing location and a very responsive host! We would definitely stay again if returning to the SLC area!

Comfortable Stay

We had 9 guests ranging in age from 8 to 80. Everyone was comfortable. The location was great for 4th of July celebrations and it was walkable for market trips, cafes and a few restaurants. We would stay here again. Thank you for hosting our group!

It's Great!

Highly recommend this homes as a great place to stay in SLC. Easy and quick access to the city as well as the ski resorts. The home is very clean and the beds are comfortable. Communication with the owner was very easy. We'll definitely stay here again. Strongly recommend.

Great SLC home!!

The house is gorgeous, well set up to rent, and Stephanie was wonderful to work with. I have rented many times on VRBO and this is one of my favorites for sure. Plus, the neighborhood is so charming - great park super close for our grandkids, and a wonderful grocery store within a short walk. 5 stars!!!

Lovely home, great location!

Wonderfully updated home with multiple gathering spaces. The patio is fantastic! We spent hours out on the patio visiting and dining. The beds were soooo comfortable! I've not slept that well in a bed away from home in maybe forever. The housed was perfectly situated in a older neighborhood with safe, walkable streets - a great park is across the street with playground equipment - and close to upscale grocery stores (Harmon's and Dan's). Less than 10 minutes to downtown, 20 minutes to the airport, and very close to the U of U, we had everything we wanted at our fingertips. I would most definitely book this house again for my stays in Salt Lake.

Great location

The rental was in a terrific location, central to everywhere we went. The kitchen was amazing and had all the supplies needed to cook our meals. We spent a great deal of time in the back under the pergola. The only thing about the house is that the stairs to the basement are very slippery and narrow, otherwise this rental was great.

Couldn’t Have Asked for a Better Place

This place was perfect!! Walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. There was a park for my toddler right across the street. The owner was so responsive and accommodating. The house was pristine in terms of cleanliness. Because of all of this we had such a special family trip in Utah.

Wonderful Home

This home was just perfect for our family. Very spacious, comfortable & homey. Loved having the fireplace on a couple of snowy mornings. Back patio is very nice. Location is great! Steam shower is delightful. Owner was very communicative and promptly responded to all messages. Would recommend. Hope to get back one day. Would stay here again on any return trip.

utah graduation

we were in town for our nephews graduation. perfect gathering place for breakfast before we headed out for graduation festivities and the patio is a wonderful spot to gather for a wrap up before heading to bed! the close proximity to the utah campus makes it super easy to visit students. 7 of us stayed comfortably in the house! thank you!!

Incredible Location

Perfect location for kids and family next to a park/playground and short walking distance to nice grocery store. House is very roomy with spacious kitchen/dining area and great movie/family room downstairs for kids to hang out. Bedrooms/bathrooms were neat and clean. Only suggestion for homeowner would be to check refridgerator and cupboards, which had several expired items and somewhat disorganized, but no big deal. Loved the outdoor space. Even though temperatures were hot, there was always a nice breeze due to shade tree and covered patio. We were all comfortable in the evenings sitting in the back yard. Great place to stay. Our family would stay there again, for sure.

Family Graduation trip

We were in Salt Lake City for our daughter’s graduation from the University of Utah. This house was located close to all the festivities we attended. The house is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The backyard and covered patio provided a very peaceful and delightful place for meals and family time. The neighborhood is quiet, quaint, and a great location. We took a few nice walks and there is a nice little park down the street that was perfect for our dog. We visited Emigration Market, Nomad East pizza, and the heart of Sugarhouse nearby. The house is nicely appointed with all you need for cooking and family entertainment. We watched some movies in the family room downstairs and enjoyed a couple books from the extensive library. We also had our dog with us and it worked very well. Our hostess Stephanie was very attentive and kind. We would stay here again!

A wonderful home!

Our multigenerational family stayed here while celebrating an early Thanksgiving with SLC family. The house is spacious, modern and clean with plenty of room and privacy (given the splitting of the bedrooms between two floors, as well as family rooms on both floors). The backyard looked great but given the cold weather we didn’t use it. It’s in a wonderful neighborhood, and the grocery store 2 blocks away (Harmon’s) has EVERYTHING even though it’s a smallish store, and is open 7 days a week until 10 at night. There is also a park pretty much across the street with childrens’ play structures. Stephanie is a very personable and available host and a pleasure to interact with. I would be very happy to return on a subsequent visit! The area is also very walkable.

Family Snow Vacation

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy home. There was plenty of space for everyone. It is close to several ski resorts and downtown Salt Lake City. Easy drive to and from the airport. Some of our guests took walks in the quiet neighborhood. We especially liked the kitchen/dining room area which allowed us to cook and mingle at the same time. The master bath has a fabulous steam shower and soaking tub. In the evenings we watched movies and played charades in the theatre room. New Year’s Eve was spent grilling steaks and catching a glimpse of fireworks from the back patio. There is a nice gas burning fireplace in the family room too. This home has been lovingly restored with modern amenities. We would most definitely recommend to others who want a beautiful home tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. Stephanie was very easy to work with and very accommodating. The rental process was stress free and simple. Our first vacation together in Utah and we had a wonderful time!

College Drop Off

We were in Utah to take our son to college. Stephanie’s place and Yalecrest were the the perfect location. The area was great. The neighborhood is very walkable , safe and everyone takes good care of their homes. There was a neat little grocery store right around the corner and a many restraints within a 5-10 minute drive. The location is very convenient to the University and downtown and it was easy to get to the highways to go to Park City and other resort areas. Stephanie has done a great job with the home. The kitchen was very well stocked with things needed to cook. All the appliances were updated and the finish’s were high quality. The bedrooms are good sizes and the beds were comfortable and linens were nice too. The master bath was great and we enjoyed the steam shower. We spent most of our time while at the house on the back patio which was well furnished and had a view of the mountains. Stephanie was an awesome host and went above and beyond to help in anyway needed. She gave great recommendations for places to eat, checked in to make sure all was well and was quick to answer any questions we had about the home or the area. We will definitely stay again when we return to visit.

Great Home Base for Son's Wedding

The home and location were perfect for our son's wedding at Louland Falls. The layout of the home worked really well for us & we especially liked the media room downstairs. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. We.would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I, along with our three boys have lived at this home since 2012. We have loved living in Salt Lake City, there is always something to do. You can definitely enjoy the 4 seasons here. Ski in the winter, mountain bike and hike in the summer, take in festivals, museums and shopping all year long. One thing that we especially have loved about this historic neighborhood is the mature tree lined streets, the nearby park, ability to walk to the grocery store and restaurants and just being able to enjoy the outdoors all year long. The kitchen has been recently renovated and we love entertaining in it. The patio has a propane firepit and outdoor seating as well as a gas grill. The master bathroom has a steam shower, large soaking tub and heated floors. This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood--no parties or loud music please.
