We stay here every year when visiting Lake Placid. Conveniently located to Mirror Lake and a short walk into town. The property is always clean and the owners are always pleasant. We’ll always feel at home here.

Very centrally located to all the Lake Placid area has to offer. Walking distance to Olympic museum and downtown area. Great restaurants and cute shops nearby. Mirror Lake walking path is just a few minutes walk.

Had a great stay and the location is excellent. Quick walk to the LP Pub and public beach. Mark and Kim were very responsive with any questions.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful townhouse in great location. Our stay was perfect. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials. Very happy with our stay and would recommend!

Nice place to stay in Placid

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location to downtown Ithaca and for exploring the high peaks area. Place was clean and had all we need. Owner was very responsive to our questions. Would stay here again.

I reached out to the guest to see what we could have done differently. Especially since the rating didn't match the comments. This is how the guest responded. From the guest: Mark, Sorry about that. Thank you Mark and Kim for a fantastic weekend getaway. We enjoyed the house very much! Plenty of room and well stocked for a great stay. Very easy to communicate and easy check in and out process. We were in lake placid for the Empire State winter games and it was a great distance to be able to walk to Olympic center and downtown. Definitely recommended and will be booking again for next year!

Lovely Home

Comfortable clean home within walking distance to Mirror Lake and town. Great restaurants and shops close by. Owner is very responsive & quick to answer any questions. We had a great stay!

Wonderful getaway!

The house was clean & plenty spacious for my family of five. The close proximity to the village of Lake Placid (5 mins) was a major plus. We very much enjoyed our stay & would look forward to coming back again!

This property is our first choice anytime we visit Lake Placid. The location is close to everything, the property is clean and comfortable and the owner is always a pleasure to work with. We always enjoy our stay.

Always a Great Stay

We’ve stayed at this property several times and keep coming back. The host is very nice and the property is clean, comfy and conveniently located to Mirror Lake and town. All of the amenities of home in Lake Placid. Hope to be back next year. Thank you for welcoming us back.

Excellent condo in LP

Our family enjoyed this condo in Lake Placid. Its location is outstanding - a short walk into town and onto the frozen mirror lake. The condo was clean and well furnished and the beds were comfortable.

This is a great property.

We were right in the mix of things. Easy walk to swim in the lake, hop on our bikes, or go to dinner. Mark was super helpful with any questions we had. We will be back!

We love this place

This a great home , the best location . It is sparkling clean on arrival. My only comment is the bedding could be updated especially the mattresses. We stayed for a week and they were uncomfortable

Spacious townhouse in convenient location

We loved this townhouse. It was spacious, decorated perfectly for Lake Placid and walkable to town and mirror lake. The unit is nicer than the pictures. My family was comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return. Thank you!

Best location

This is such a great neighborhood to stay . Easy walk to village. It is very roomy & lots of comfortable furniture which we needed because we were staying at the place on the coldest week of the year , the condo was very comfortable. My only thought is the dishwasher is a bit dated , May need a upgrade.
