This home is in a gated community with beautiful views! The hot tub fits 8 people. Has a barbecue for your family's needs.

There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. First floor: sleeps (6)
Bedroom 1: king bed and a his and hers bathroom
Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed Upstairs: sleeps (12)
Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed
Bedroom 5: 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed
Bedroom 6: 4 twin beds Upstairs family room: Has a double size futon There are 2 queen size blow up beds in the master bedroom (4) Extras:
The laundry room has a built-in ironing board. Relax on the front porch or sit in the hot tub in the back as your family roasts marshmallows in the fire pit. You can relax or hike down to the pond where you can see 'Jack' the donkey or fish.

Home is set on 2 1/2 acres! Bring your ATV's and have the time of your life exploring! There is an additional television upstairs incase children want to bring their xbox/nintendo/etc. Has a Roku for your convenience.

Home is a skip and a hop to the Cataloochee Mountain State Park where you can view elk and hike...do not miss this park! We are close to Cataloochee Ski Resort as well! Close to Interstate 40 which can get you to the larger cities quick.

The property is beautiful! There was plenty of room for the family. We especially loved the fire pit in the backyard. The kids loved the many games in the house and the vast yard. Beware of bears! A momma and her two cubs were in the front yard on the evening.

Skiing fun

We were a group of four families that got together for a weekend of skiing at Cataloochee Mountain. This home was close, clean, convenient and very comfortable! Would definitely rent it again!

Family Christmas

We loved our stay. The house sits on a hill and so pretty. It is huge, our kids all had their own space. It was peaceful and the fire pit was a great way to end the day. You’re close enough to Cherokee and Maggie Valley to shop and sight see but far enough out to feel like your in the heart of the mountains.

Private and quiet!

Our family lives in four states and it is difficult to get together, even in normal times! This location was private and scenic. We had lots of room and sleeping options. The fire pit was a big hit and so was the nearby donkey.

Wedding

My wife and I had our reception at this home. The hosts were very accommodating and met all of our needs. The home is in a gated community and all of the neighbors are very friendly and courteous. We are now going again for our 1 year anniversary.

My husband and I love this quiet area, close to Interstate 40 which will take you into Tennessee in about 35 minutes to do the best white water rafting in the area and it can take you into Asheville in 30 minutes for great shopping and sight seeing.
