This villa is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit located on the fourth floor, providing stunning views of the Beach, Atlantic Ocean, and Calibogue Sound. Guests can spot dolphins and shrimp boats from the beachfront living room, which is equipped with a 44" flat screen TV. The private balcony is an ideal spot for al fresco dining, with ample seating and an outdoor table that accommodates up to 6 people. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that seats 6 comfortably, as well as a washer and dryer.
The Master Suite boasts a King-sized bed, a 32" flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in glass shower. Guests also have private access to the oceanfront sitting balcony from their bedroom. The beachfront Guest Bedroom has 2 Queen-sized beds, a 39" flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double sinks. The unit balcony is shared by the living space and the guest bedroom occupants. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.
Outside, guests can enjoy a beachfront pool with spacious decking, a poolside grilling area, and manicured grounds. A private beach path from the pool leads directly to the beach. The Beachside Tennis Villas are a short walk to the South Beach Marina Village, which offers the ever-popular Salty Dog Cafe, as well as live family entertainment, three restaurants, and an assortment of water sports.
Guests of 1842 Beachside Tennis can also rent a bike and explore the miles of bike paths throughout the Sea Pines Resort, or take the free trolley (seasonal) to the Sea Pines Beach Club or the Harbour Town Marina, where they can climb to the top of the Candy Striped Lighthouse.
Please note that the property limits two vehicles and requires an access/parking pass. Smoking/vaping is not permitted, and pets are not allowed. The pool measures 25' x 50' and is 3'-5' in depth.

The property location and furnishings were perfect. The only reason this did not get a 5 star review were the minimal amenities provided such as soap, shampoo, etc. Also, most other places we have stayed (even in the same building) provided a Sea Pines pass as part of the rental fee. This was not the case with this stay.

Host did not communicate day of check in - did not answer calls or emails ever. Emailed days before and they responded but day of check in and whole week no response to any questions. Also, basic items you’d expect at any rental were not available. For instance the kitchen trash can is the size of a bathroom trash can and there was one trash bag in place at check in for the entire week. For any rental I would expect a few trash bags. Simple hassles you don’t want to have to go get on vacation… or at least a heads up before check in.

My husband just retired and this was our first vacation in a long time. We loved everything about the condo, but the views and sounds from the ocean were the best! We also watched dolphins and deer from the porch. Beautiful sunsets. And, the location is close to a trolley stop, which was very handy. We hope to go back!

Host was very good with communication. The view was absolutely perfect! Watched the dolphins and amazing sunset every day with zero obstructions! The condo was very clean, comfortable and well appointed.

Great views and few minutes walk to the beach. The bedrooms were roomy and condo was clean.We would stay here again.

Safe and clean
This area is a great spot to vacation. Condos are always very nice and clean. There seemed to be more younger families than in past years.

Would stay again
Second time staying in beachside tennis. First time in this unit. We LOVE it there.

Vacation with spouse
We absolutely loved this condo. The location was amazing, we walked to the South Beach Marina and the Salty Dog Cafe. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning, the deer visited each morning and the view of the water was beautiful. The condo was very clean and well equipped.

Lovely Stay
We enjoyed our stay! Doesn't have all the bells and whistles like some of the other properties but it was crisp and clean and that is what is most important to us! The fridge could use an update (found black mold growing outside the ice dispenser but cleaned as much as I could).

Perfectly Appointed
This condo was a great home base for all that Sea Pines and South Beach has to offer! Clean, beautiful views and a short walk to everything you need. Note to purchase your own pantry basics at the Publix on the way into Sea Pines - sugar, coffee, olive oil, etc.

This is our second time staying here and it is absolutely fabulous. This time our only minor disappointment was that there weren’t any lightbulbs in the lamps and somewhere burnt out so we had to go to the store to get lightbulbs.

Pictures do not do this place justice! Great view, huge condo (especially compared to other two bedrooms on the island) and very well maintained. We’ve been coming to HHI for 20 years and will stay here again.
