Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.
This Sea Pines villa is outfitted with elegance in every detail, offering guests complete coastal luxury. An alluring yet spacious layout offers guests plenty of room to spread out, all while being together.
Upon entry, to the left, you will find the fully stocked kitchen. This kitchen is updated with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and brand-new granite countertops, more than ready to take on the heat! Just beyond the pass-through sits the formal dining table, offering enough seating for six along with an additional two bar stools at the kitchen bar.
The living room is beautifully lit up with plenty of natural light, courtesy of the many windows in this villa. Guests can enjoy plenty of plush seating around the electric fireplace as they have a movie marathon or fun family game night. Through the sliding doors, step outside to your soon-to-be favorite place to relax! The private balcony offers stunning views of Calibogue Sound and Hilton Head’s beautiful nature. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or cocktail under the stars!
The bedrooms are on complete opposite sides of the villa, offering great separation and privacy for guests. The first bedroom features two queen-sized beds, a flat-screen TV, and huge windows to give guests amazing views from every angle of this villa. Across the villa, you will find the master bedroom, which also serves as a private suite, featuring a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and private balcony access. This bedroom has access to a private bathroom, featuring a double vanity and walk-in shower.
Guests have access to the large community pool and also have private access to the beach! South Beach Marina Village is only minutes away and offers an array of dining, fun, and entertainment for the whole family.
Notice: Beachside Tennis Villas will be undergoing scheduled sidewalk and landscaping improvements from January 5th 2026 through mid-March 2026. You may notice workers and some temporary noise during this period. Thank you for your understanding.

Great spot for a family vacation. Easy beach access within walking distance deep in the heart of the Sea Pines resort. Accommodations were clean and quiet.

Great family beach getaway!
Our stay was great! The condo had everything we needed for our 7 person family. Beautiful view of the beach and excellent location. Communication was excellent and even made bike rentals easy!

Lovely place
We’ve stayed at beachside tennis villas for 9 years.
1st time at this unit and it was great, very private balcony’s with good views. Kitchen has everything you would need. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Excellent stay at South Beach HHI
We enjoyed our time at the Beach Side Tennis complex at South Beach on Hilton Head. The property was in great shape and the management group provided excellent communication. This quiet, fourth floor corner unit could be an ideal spot for your trip to Sea Pines.

Great Condo and great location.
We loved our rental. Place was very updated and clean. Can't be location. Beach was 5 min walk. Rental manager was so very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place!!

Hilton Head Spring Break with Kids
We had a fantastic week. The property was very spacious, clean and right on the beach with gorgeous views! We are an active family and did many activities all over the island. We found the location to be PERFECT! The management company responds to all questions immediately. We would be thrilled to stay here again when we go back to Hilton Head!

A Lovely Experience
The condo was clean and in excellent condition. The beach is right there, and it's fairly private, so there was no fighting to stake our claim on the beach. Beach and bike rentals were waiting for us when we arrived. I can't think of a way this experience could have been better.

Beautiful property!
Could not imagine a more stunning place to enjoy the beauty of Sea Pines on Hilton Head. Quiet and secluded and steps from the beach and also from the Salty Dog Cafe.. I will miss coffee on the balcony with views of the dolphins and pelicans in the Sound. My only minor request is that they provide more dishwasher detergent pods as we ran out. A wonderful trip and can’t wait to return!

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The condo was so nice and beautifully decorated. The view was absolutely gorgeous! We saw lots of dolphins playing in the sound close to shore and even saw deer in the afternoons in the natural area behind the condo. Would highly recommend this condo.

This lovely villa exceeded our expectations. It was very roomy with two large bedrooms, each with its own large bathroom with a double vanity. The unit is located in the corner on the top (4th) floor of the building with a wraparound balcony and gorgeous views of the ocean. It is tastefully decorated, very clean, steps from a beach access, and across the street from the South Beach Marina. Very quiet and little traffic if any. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo
Our family visited the condo for Spring Break and had the most incredible week! The condo has a perfect view of the water and is surrounded by sea pines and beautiful landscaping. We loved that the beach access path was right next to the building so we could just walk out and be at the beach. This condo is beautiful and the entire community is just an amazing place! We also had access to the pool which was right at the other end of the building. We loved the short walk over to the Salty Dog for food and shopping. We also did many other adventures which were close by too like a boat ride to see dolphins, mini golf, restaurants and a day trip to Savannah. The condo was in a great location and we balanced beach/pool time with outings too! Thank you for a wonderful Spring Break week!

We love Beachside Tennis for the spectacular sunsets and deer sightings. We have rented three other units in this complex. 1838 is our favorite to date. The decor is light and lovely. The kitchen is well equipped. We liked it so much, we rebooked immediately! We had a few suggestions. A clean deck and deck door/windows would be very welcome. A few clothes hangers would be good. Stable toilet paper holders would help. When we have friends over, a couple extra deck chairs would be nice.

Beautiful villa, amazing views, easy pool access, great location. The Owners did a great job updating this villa. The property description is spot on! I have a couple easy items that would make this villa perfect. * Upgrade the bed sheets (they are very rough and scratchy) * Upgrade the bathroom wash cloths (they feel like sand paper on your body) * Leave extra pillow cases so the extra bed pillows can be used*Put a door mat at the sliding door off the living room (this way guests can wipe their feet and not walk debris into the living room) The management company is very professional and they do a great job checking in on you during your stay.Thank you to the Owners for sharing your home with my family. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a well appointed, updated, comfortable, quiet condo with spectacular views from every balcony and window. You can see the Calibogue sound and across the water to Daufuskie Island. It is on the top floor and there is an elevator. It is also an end unit. The design is white and beach blues/greens. It is probably one of the nicest places we have stayed in HHI and we have stayed at 10 others.The property is located in Beachside Tennis Villas located across from the Salty Dog marina on the water side of S. Sea Pines drive. It is a 20 minute bike ride on the beach to the Sea Pines Beach Club (about 25 minutes on the path). We walked to the Salty Dog for iced tea, ice cream and the occasional meal. Note that during the 2025 and I believe 2026 seasons one of the Salty Dog marina buildings is being rebuilt. There is still the Salty Dog cafe and a few shops. Ice cream is available, some boat tours are available. You need to order pizza by the pie - when we went you could not get slices. They still have the daily tie dye t-shirt crafts available and live music.One thing I did not see listed in the reviews is that there is a bench on the balcony with some beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs. This unit does not come with leftover foods like oils and spices. There were some containers to store leftovers. Going through Island Time was excellent! The team there was responsive and helpful - we definitely recommend going through Island Time. (It was also a significant savings in fees.)

1838 Beachside is paradise. The location was perfect, it is decorated so nicely, the condo was clean, and it was spacious. We are hoping to return many more times. The Island Time people were attentive and timely with communications.
