Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: NextHome Beach Time Realty was a great agency to rent from and they went out of their way to help us. We accidentally left a few things at the house and they were kind enough to send them to us. That was above and beyond and I am very grateful.

The neighborhood was quiet, safe, close to everything you need, but not in the traffic. The home was very comfortable & spacious w/ comfortable beds, several entertaining areas and fantastic outdoor area. We would certainly rent the Fabulous Flamingo again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay for the month of February 2021. Weather could have been more accommodating at the beginning but still had a very pleasant time. The location is great. Close to John's Pass and Pass-a-grille. Hop on a trolley one block away. Fantastic restaurants near by too. Check out Woody's. Everything was spotless. The pool was fantastic. When their was an issue with maintenance it was immediately handled professionally. All in all a very pleasant vacation.
