Cozy 3BR+2BA -sleeps 6 guests. Comes fully stocked with everything you'd need while away from home. Its modern look and never-ending list of amenities only work to supplement the true charm of this suburban paradise. Spacious, fenced-in backyard with outside seating, hammock, grill (propane not included) and (optionally heated) saltwater pool. Pool is seasonally heated between October 1st- May 1st. The home is located 10 minutes from the award winning Madeira Beach. Beach umbrella, chairs, and towels provided. Conveniently located within 4 minutes to Seminole City Center. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and families.

Chrosmast Stay

My mom came from Poland for Christmas . We drove from NJ to Fl to Seminole home. It was amazing stay. Very nice neighborhood, quiet, close to convenient shopping area, very close to the beaches. Home was very clean. Amazing outdoor heated pool. Great communication with the host. Highly recommend this place. I also took my dog with me so it’s pets friendly place. Thank You Jessica and Carlos. Wish you all well.

Great getaway!!

Work trip but added a couple of relation days. The master bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced and my back is very sensitive.

Quiet stay

This was a great stay. Easy check in. Everything needed was there. We enjoyed all the indoor ammenities; comfortable bed, clean bathrooms and clean kitchen. We also enjoyed the outdoor ammenities; pool, which needed a bit of cleaning and the grill which was well maintained. It was a quiet neighborhood near many stores and restaurants. We were very comfortable here.

Best Stock VRBO EVER

This Seminole house was the best stocked VRBO house we have ever stayed. Everything and then some to make you feel at home. The pool was fantastic and the backyard was quiet and relaxing. We had to cut our stay short, but will definitely book again on our next stay to Seminole area.

Wonderful Stay!

Our family enjoyed our week at Jessica and Carlos' home! The house is exactly as pictured and is located near a really nice shopping complex with several restaurant options. The heated pool was a great feature and my kids swam hours every day! We loved that everything for our comfort was available including towels, pool toys and even some sand toys for our trips to the beach. You won't regret staying at this property!

Short stay

We stayed for two day while we waited for our other house to be ready in Indian Shores. The hosts were very helpful, and communicated well. We had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic

We truly enjoyed our stay! The owners were very prompt in answering all our questions. They also were very kind and courteous! The entire house was spotless. Lots of amenities and the heated pool was definitely a plus!

Wonderful stay in Seminole!

The property was lovely and just as described with everything you will need. Loved the decor and having a private pool was the best. Great location close to lots of sights and restaurants. The hosts were excellent to deal with and very quick at responding to questions. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Perfect getaway

The place was what was pictured. Everything you needed was there. It’s like walking into your own home. I wanted the ac turn down and the owners were easy to reach and acted fast. I would recommend this home, quiet environment. Thank you Jessica and Carlos for your kind hospitality.

make sure you proactively ask for the pool to be heated if it's going to be chilly.

We had a fun time. The house was in a quiet neighbor hood within driving distance to lots of attractions. We were able to drive to Clearwater bch one day and the Sponge Docks the next. The house was clean but could have used some TLC and updating. The listing shows a heated pool but we were not able to use it. We arrived on 10/17. We couldn't figure out how to use the heater on the pool (there were limited instructions in the house referencing the different appliances/utilities.) We messaged the host on the 18th to find out how to heat the pool so we could relax by the pool on the 19th & 20th. They replied that it takes about 48 hours to heat the pool so it probably wouldn't be ready in time for us to enjoy as planned. We were disappointed and changed our plans to do something else on the 19th and then leave early on the 20th to enjoy a pool somewhere else. The really dissappoining thing is that while we were out doing our alternate plans, we received a message from the host saying that they asked their cleaning person to come and turn on the heater for us. When we got back to the house at 4pm, the heater was not on. We let the host know. At the END of the day on the 19th, the cleaning person knocked on the door and said they were here to turn on the heater. We said don't bother, we changed our plans because we weren't able to use the pool. She said that she was still going to turn it on because they wanted it heated for the next guests. Wow!

Great

This property was great for a weekend getaway with my girlfriend. We wanted a relaxing and enjoyable stay without the crowd of people, and that is what we got. The home is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to many shops, eateries, etc. The owners were responsive, very accommodating, and helpful when we had questions. I would stay again.

We loved Coconut Grove!

We loved our stay at Coconut Grove and did not want to leave. The home is just as pictured and described. Truly felt like home! The pool was refreshing on hot days! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect, close to everything! A short 10 minutes from Indian Rocks Beach and 25 minutes to Clearwater Beach. The available beach chairs were awesome. The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable. The decor throughout the home is very welcoming. We will be booking again in the near future!

Cozy retreat

We stayed for a week. Owners have the home stocked with just about anything you would need other than food of course. 😀 Home was clean and a short 10 min drive to the beaches. Decent location in an older neighborhood but close to local restaurants, grocery stores and movie theater. Owners were great with communication leading up to and during the stay.

Good location & Communicative Owners

Our stay at the Cove house was nice. We had a hiccup at check in with the AC but the owners were responsive and assisted us. Being able to check in early was great as we needed to lay our 10 month down for a nap. Unfortunately, the house must’ve been cleaned in minutes because we had to pick up things on the ground that were in reach of our daughter. We were a little disappointed in the backyard as it was a mess and not in order. Perhaps from the family before? Dirty pool and deck was a shame to see. The back patio sliding door needs to be updated as you cannot lock it. We blocked it with a chair while leaving the house and at night. Great location and owners but could use a little love.

2023 vacation

The house is just like the online listing shows. We loved everything about the house - nothing to complain about at all. Very quite neighborhood and location was within 10 minutes to anything you want or needed. The host was easy to contact and very prompt with response. I would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend to my friends or family. Thank you Jessica and Carlos for sharing your home with us.

1st time rental experience

Just could not find the laundry room door locked to garage and I knew that it stated and showed picture so back a few calls to owner and cleaning lady locked door. So found out how to open. Wanted to cook on grill but brush bad.owner got back to us right away very nice. Time difference in the original 11 check out time email sent to me from owner said 10 We said that was not what was on the original agreement. The sign on the counter also said 11, so a bit of a mix up there. The morning of check out Pest control rant door bell said there to spray outside I said no I am chemical sensitive I could die. Oh he said only outside I said we have to load the car ck out no. No informed of that not a good idea if someone is chemical sensitive like me rather upsetting. other than that nice house nice owners lovely pool and clean house had fun. thank you sooo much

Spring Break

House was Perfect for our family of 5. Pool was plenty big. Inside was nicely refinished and came with beach items in garage. Close to multiple beaches. Host was super responsive
