Cozy 3BR+2BA -sleeps 6 guests. Comes fully stocked with everything you'd need while away from home. Its modern look and never-ending list of amenities only work to supplement the true charm of this suburban paradise. Spacious, fenced-in backyard with beautifully painted mural by local artist, outside seating, grill (propane not included), fire pit, private sauna, and (optionally heated) saltwater pool. Pool is seasonally heated between October 1st- May 1st. The home is located 10 minutes from the award winning Madeira Beach. Beach umbrella, chairs, and towels provided. Conveniently located within 4 minutes to Seminole City Center. Great for couples, solo adventurers, and families.

Property is in perfect place, just couple minutes from all major stores and restaurants and also 10 minutes away from beach. Favorite thing is the pool. Pretty much big size of the pool and if you’re lazy to drive to beach then the pool is right there. We had really good time and we recommend this place if you want nice and quiet vacation. Also neighborhood is nice and folks who live there are very friendly people

Warm, welcoming and wonderful. Our visit to this Home2 was outstanding. The host were exceptionally responsive. We did a lot of fun things while we were here, but our favorite was riding our bikes to the beaches in our journey on the Pinellas trails. Absolutely hands-down, an amazing vacation because of where we stayed! Thank you so much

Quiet neighborhood with a spacious backyard for the puppies. House was clean, organized, and well stocked. Communication with Carlos and Jessica was quick and responsive. We as a family had a great time there!

Short stay

We stayed for two day while we waited for our other house to be ready in Indian Shores. The hosts were very helpful, and communicated well. We had a wonderful stay.

We had such an amazing time at this home. Everyone was comfortable. The home is peaceful, filled with so many amenities. We loved having the fenced private yard with swimming pool. The hosts were gracious, quick to respond and accommodating. There were 2 adults, 3 teens a dog - plenty of space, yet still small enough to be together.

Peaceful Get Away

We really enjoyed our stay and the accommodations. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, but not far from the beaches, entertainment and the Pinellas walking/biking trail, which our dogs loved. The home was perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. The open floor plan was great and the back yard was perfect for spending time outside. Thank you for sharing your home.

Wonderful stay in Seminole!

The property was lovely and just as described with everything you will need. Loved the decor and having a private pool was the best. Great location close to lots of sights and restaurants. The hosts were excellent to deal with and very quick at responding to questions. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Great getaway!!

Work trip but added a couple of relation days. The master bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced and my back is very sensitive.

Nice House, close to stores and beach

Topical decorated house, very close to shopping and close to beaches.Nice pool and fenced yard. So happy we could bring our dogs.Beach chairs and towels were a plus.Well stocked kitchen and lots of TVs.We only had 3 adults, the house would easliy accommodate 6.Well

We truly enjoyed our stay! The owners were very prompt in answering all our questions. They also were very kind and courteous! The entire house was spotless. Lots of amenities and the heated pool was definitely a plus!

Wonderful Stay!

Our family enjoyed our week at Jessica and Carlos' home! The house is exactly as pictured and is located near a really nice shopping complex with several restaurant options. The heated pool was a great feature and my kids swam hours every day! We loved that everything for our comfort was available including towels, pool toys and even some sand toys for our trips to the beach. You won't regret staying at this property!

Madeira Beach is a highly desired community due to its quaint coastal ambiance, three-mile sugary-sand beaches, and breathtaking coastal sunsets. Conveniently located to both Clearwater and Downtown St. Pete to continue your endeavors

Madeira Beach is less than a 10 minute drive from the home. Uber and LYFT are both readily available around the area. John's Pass, known for its bars, nightlife, and restaurants, is only 10 minutes from the home- a must see. Several deep sea fishing expeditions, dolphin-spotting cruises, and dinner cruises dock at this location. Convenient trolley system runs from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach throughout the day/evening for roughly $4.
